Wie ben jij
Als Inhouse stagiair(e) bij Tempo Team ben jij ondernemend en gemotiveerd! Daarnaast:

• Volg je een hbo-opleiding
• Beheers je zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal
• Ben je minimaal 4 dagen per week beschikbaar en voor 5 à 6 maanden

Wat ga je doen
Als Inhouse stagiaire bij Tempo-Team Inhouse vind jij het tof om veel aspecten binnen het HR-proces te leren kennen. Zo sta jij in contact met de werknemers, die wij talenten noemen. Van het eerste contact tot aan de begeleiding van medewerkers. Jij vindt het leuk om veel onderdelen binnen HR te leren kennen. Zo ondersteun jij als stagiair(e) HR met rondleidingen organiseren, sollicitatiegesprekken voeren, documenten controleren, vragen beantwoorden en overige backoffice taken. Natuurlijk word je ook hartstikke goed begeleid door jouw buddy, maar staan ook andere collega’s altijd klaar om jou te helpen. Vanzelfsprekend krijg jij ook de tijd om aan jouw schoolopdrachten te werken.

Waar ga je werken
Jij komt te werken in een super gezellig team! Wij werken met elkaar op één kantoor op Schiphol in het gebouw The Base. Wij nemen je helemaal mee in het mooie bedrijf genaamd Tempo-Team. Super leuk! Jouw team is gezellig, open en er heerst vooral een informele sfeer. Er is altijd wel tijd voor een praatje of een grapje. In de pauzes ga je samen met je collega's een lekkere lunch halen en samen eten. Maar jouw ontwikkeling staat natuurlijk ook centraal. Zo kun jij onwijs veel leren tijdens je stage. Binnen no-time maak je een enorme groei!

Over de vacature

As a Customer Service Representative you are working closely with customers, but also with internal departments. You are in charge of handling questions and solving problems from customers about their orders. It is quite dynamic at the moment, so you can work under pressure. You work from the Schiphol location and this is at least for 6 months. Interested? Please read-on!

• Relevant work experience in Supply Chain and Customer Services
• Excellent communication in English and other European language;
• Hands-on mentality;
• Minimum Bachelor degree;
• Used to work in a rapid changing environment;
• Thinking in solutions;
• knowledge of SAP (must)

what will you do
In this role as a Customer Service Representative your goal is to connect with the customers and understand their questions and needs. You work closely with the Sales team so that the customer care plans and processes match the company’s goals.

• Create strong connections with customers by understanding their needs and providing great service
• Evaluate and potentially approve customer requests that expand beyond previously agreed requests
• Handle complex order changes
• Ensure full shipment visibility for deliveries managed by Cargill Transportation Department to the agreed customer destination
• Liaise with planning department to resolve product availability issues
• Work closely with transportation to resolve transport availability issues
• Verify customer commitments and reach out to confirm the expected timing of their volume orders
