Nike is looking for a Creative & Communications Category Lead to join their EMEA Procurement team. Procurement plays a critical role in supporting business growth, driving innovation, and mitigating risk. As a Category Lead, you are the driving force behind the following categories: Creative & Production, PR/Communications, and Social Marketing Services.

• €32 - €40 per hour, based on experience
• 40 hours per week

The ideal candidate keeps long-term strategic goals in sight, creates meaningful connections between procurement goals and business objectives, and brings in the best external solutions to give Nike a sustainable competitive advantage.

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of marketing services procurement, strong analytical and financial skills, and the ability to turn insights into strategy.
• Contract management: Understanding of various commercial agreements and the ability to determine the best deal structure to protect Nike’s interests.
• Stakeholder management: Excellent ability to navigate a complex matrix organization and influence relationships within diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Ownership: A proactive mindset with the ability to translate strategy into concrete projects with clear timelines and goals.
• Systems: Familiarity with procurement systems such as Coupa, Aravo, SAP, or Conga.
• Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in Marketing Procurement or Marketing Operations (a minimum of 5 years in Category Management is preferred).
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.

You will report to the Procurement Director Marketing & Events – EMEA. On a daily basis, you will support the Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, and PR/Comms teams across EMEA at all levels. You will partner closely with local and global procurement peers to realize sourcing strategies through a seamless 'source-to-pay' operation.

You will be responsible from end-to-end for the 'Plan-to-Pay' journey within your categories across the entire EMEA region. This includes:

• Developing and executing sourcing strategies in collaboration with global and local teams.
• Negotiating commercial agreements and mitigating risks.
• Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.
• Ensuring strong two-way communication between suppliers and the organization.
• Identifying strategic opportunities and delivering a pipeline for sustainable savings.
• Cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders to maximize procurement's impact.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

In dit project draait alles om de praktijk: jij zorgt ervoor dat de nieuwe lichting assistent-monteurs precies weet hoe ze een veilige en werkende installatie opleveren.

Jij bent een echte vakman of vakvrouw met diepgaande kennis van werktuigkundige installaties. Je kunt goed uitleggen waarom bepaalde technieken belangrijk zijn en je vindt het leuk om mensen te coachen. Omdat je zelfstandig aan de slag gaat, verwachten we dat je nauwkeurig werkt en objectief kunt beoordelen.

• Je hebt ruime ervaring met sanitaire, gas- en waterinstallaties.
• Je kunt technische theorie feilloos vertalen naar de praktijk.
• Je bent beschikbaar op woensdagen en donderdagen vanaf februari/maart.
• Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden om feedback te geven.

Tijdens dit project begeleid je deelnemers bij de cursus 'Basiswerkzaamheden Installeren'. Je staat met je voeten in de klei en ziet toe op het juiste gebruik van gereedschappen en materialen. Jouw doel is om de cursisten klaar te stomen voor hun praktijkexamen, waarbij jij de voortgang bewaakt en de resultaten administratief vastlegt.

• Begeleiden van praktijkopdrachten zoals CV-installaties en mechanische ventilatie.
• Beantwoorden van technische vragen en geven van inhoudelijke tips.
• Objectief beoordelen van gemaakte opdrachten en examens.
• Registreren van de beoordelingen en afstemmen van de voortgang.
