About this role
As Total Rewards Business Partner within our HR department, you will join our dynamic Reward function at a pivotal time of transformation. In this role, you will own reward design end-to-end, acting as a trusted advisor to the Director of Total Rewards and senior corporate leaders.
Guided by our core values to lead, deliver, and care, you will bring a customer-centric approach to developing modern reward architecture and sales incentives. Through teamwork to deliver, you will connect business strategy with an exceptional employee experience across borders.
These are some of the key components to the position:
- Shape and maintain our global reward architecture, including grading structures, salary ranges, and job families, to aim high and drive excellence.
- Own the sales incentive plan end-to-end-driving design, calibration, cost modeling, and commercial alignment.
- Act as expert strategic advisor to the Director of Total Rewards on reward frameworks, pay transparency, and emerging market trends.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to build scalable, commercially effective reward programs.
- Proactively identify reward risks and opportunities, bringing clear, practical solutions that remove complexity and deliver value.
- Provide credible compensation counsel to senior executives, managing sensitive and confidential data with sound judgment and absolute discretion.
- Balance global consistency with local flexibility to champion an engaging employee experience across our international markets.
What will you bring to the team?
- Proven background in total rewards design and implementation, ideally within a fast-paced European scale-up or listed technology environment.
- Comprehensive expertise in international reward architectures, salary grading structures, and global sales incentive compensation.
- Deep knowledge of relevant regulatory landscapes, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and a focus on acting responsibly to make a lasting impact.
- Advanced financial modeling and data skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present clear, actionable insights to senior leaders.
- Experience utilizing market benchmark data sources (e.g., Mercer, WTW) and HRIS reward tools such as Workday.
- Ability to develop an understanding of our internal and external partners, fostering collaborative cross-functional relationships.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset to stay committed to achieving goals and aim higher to drive excellence.
