In this role you lead and shape high-impact technology transactions, guiding cross-functional teams to balance legal risk with business value. You advise senior leaders and mentor junior lawyers, helping to execute market-facing strategy. You stay ahead of market developments to improve transactional practices and equip executives to navigate risk. This position sits within a collaborative Amsterdam-based legal contracting team and offers meaningful impact across complex outsourcing, SaaS, cloud, and digital deals.

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master in Dutch law

• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial contracting in IT, consulting, GenAI, digital, software, outsourcing or telecoms (in-house or law firm)

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Experience in data privacy and intellectual property; Dutch public procurement

• Ability to negotiate and draft technology-based agreements; strong oral and written communication
