Overview

As Legal Counsel at Tellent, you help Sales and Partnerships close deals and shape strategic collaborations in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You combine sharp legal judgment with commercial awareness to provide pragmatic, risk-based advice that accelerates business objectives. You will lead day-to-day negotiations, support partnerships, and continually improve templates and processes. This role offers a clear path to become the go-to commercial legal partner across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success, helping scale the function. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead negotiations of SaaS agreements, DPAs and other commercial contracts across Benelux
• Draft, review and negotiate partnership, reseller, referral, technology and integration agreements
• Provide practical, risk-based legal advice to enable rapid business decisions
• Improve templates, playbooks and negotiation processes for efficiency
• Collaborate daily with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Security and the Legal team

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Experience negotiating SaaS and other commercial technology agreements under Dutch law (in-house or leading firm)

• Experience drafting and negotiating partnership, reseller, integration or technology agreements

• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a pragmatic way

• Hands-on, independent problem-solver

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder trust

• Professional fluency in Dutch and English
