who are you
You are an energetic professional with a passion for human resources and the craft of recruitment. You understand the technical market and know how to inspire candidates to take their next step. Working in an international environment gives you energy and you are focused on results.

• you have at least four to five years of experience in recruiting technical staff
• you hold a bachelor's or master's degree
• you have an excellent command of the English language
• you are eligible to work within the European Union

what will you do
As a talent acquisition specialist, you are the essential link between the various business departments and new employees. You design and implement plans to attract the right people for several locations across Western Europe. You advise the organization on the latest labor market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• you manage the full recruitment and selection process for various departments
• you create innovative ways to approach both active and passive candidates
• you communicate with department heads to clearly define their hiring needs
• you support the branding strategy to effectively attract top talent

where will you work
You will work for a leading global provider of smart devices and network infrastructure. The office is located in Rijswijk, where you will join a multicultural team of professionals. You will be part of a larger human resources team of about fourteen people spread across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Ireland. The recruitment team consists of two colleagues in the Netherlands and one in Ireland. In this role, you will take the lead and guide the recruitment team toward success.
