  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail;
  • Verwerken van klantorders in Salesforce en NetSuite;
  • Coördineren van leveringen met logistieke partners;
  • Oppakken en oplossen van klantvragen en klachten en zoeken naar een passende oplossing;
  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse planning binnen het team;
  • Begeleiden van nieuwe collega's tijdens hun inwerkperiode;

  • Salaris tussen €3.200 en €3.900 bruto per maand;
  • Direct uitzicht op een vast contract;
  • Een dienstverband vanaf 32 uur per week;
  • 25 vakantiedagen;
  • 12 extra ADV-dagen;
  • 8% vakantiegeld;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer;

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen customer service, binnendienst of sales support;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse, Duitse en Engelse taal goed;
  • Je hebt ervaring met CRM- en ERP-systemen of maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd;

Over the past few years, Spectral Industries has invested in the development of its advanced high-tech measurement systems, and is now ready to accelerate their international market adoption.

Recently, the company appointed a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the development and execution of its commercial strategy, laying the foundation for sustainable business growth. Building and expanding a strong, professional commercial team is one of the organization's key priorities.

  • You will be responsible for revenue generation and the development of a healthy commercial pipeline.
  • You will regularly visit customers and prospects, building long-term strategic relationships with mine operators, engineering firms, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders across the mining value
  • You will gather market intelligence and competitive insights, providing valuable input for Spectral Industries' growth strategy.
  • You will report directly to the CCO.

Over het bedrijf

Spectral Industries BV is a Dutch technology company based in Delft, developing advanced measurement solutions for the global mining, metals production, and recycling industries. Its measurement systems are built around the core technology LIBS (Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy), an emission spectroscopy technique that provides an elemental fingerprint of the sample under investigation. Combined with intelligent software, this technology enables the near-instant, on-site determination of the chemical composition of material streams. Integrated into optical sensors mounted above conveyor belts, the systems continuously analyse raw materials, ores, metals, and recycled materials in real time.

The data generated provides customers with immediate insight into material composition, including which elements are present and in what concentrations, without having to wait for laboratory results. These real-time insights enable faster and better decision-making across extraction, production, and processing operations.

Enhanced control over material streams helps reduce energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, and waste:

  • Mining companies can optimize ore sorting and processing operations throughout the mining value chain;
  • Metal producers can continuously monitor and optimize their production processes in-line and in real time;
  • Recycling companies can improve material recovery by accurately identifying metals and other materials, including difficult-to-measure elements such as lithium and carbon, enabling more effective sorting and reuse.

As a result, Spectral Industries' solutions help customers improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operational performance.

Founded in 2015, Spectral Industries was established with a clear mission: to bring LIBS (Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy) technology out of the laboratory and into real-world industrial operations. Building on more than a decade of experience in LIBS-based material analysis, the company has developed advanced measurement solutions that deliver actionable insights directly in the field, enabling customers to make faster and better operational decisions.

With a growing international installed base and increasing market adoption, Spectral Industries is currently transitioning from a predominantly project-driven organization to a product-focused business. This transformation is centred around its flagship product platforms, CorePulse and BeltPulse.

Wat breng jij

  • A proven track record of at least 8 years in sales and business development, combined with an established international network within the mining sector and/or recycling industry. You have demonstrated the ability to independently develop new markets and successfully drive commercial growth.
  • A BSc or MSc degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geochemistry, Process Metallurgy, Mineral Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with commercializing innovative capital equipment, sensor systems, process technology or industrial instrumentation. You are able to engage as a credible technical discussion-partner and understand how to successfully bring innovative technologies to market. Experience with consultative selling is essential.
  • A strong commercial drive and entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by a proactive approach to building and expanding a relevant professional network, the ability to convert commercial opportunities into tangible business results, a focus on achieving objectives, a talent for developing strategic partnerships, and a naturally curious attitude.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%) to visit customers and prospects, and to represent Spectral Industries at international trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands, for example through EU/EEA or Swiss citizenship or a valid Dutch residence permit that allows employment. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

Interested?

Do you thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment where taking initiative, embracing flexibility, and demonstrating ownership are key to success? If so, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now by submitting your CV and cover letter!

Even if your background does not perfectly match every requirement, we would still welcome your application if you combine strong commercial ambition with a genuine passion for the mining and recycling industries.

Hungry for a challenge?

That's good, because at Just Eat (JET) we have abundant opportunity, or, as we say, everything is on the table. We are a leading global online food delivery marketplace. Our tech ecosystem connects millions of active customers with hundreds of thousands of connected partners in countries across the globe. Our mission? To empower every food moment around the world, whether it's through customer service, coding or couriers.

About this role:

Just Eat Takeaway is building the next generation of partner acquisition, onboarding and partner success. As a Technical Process Manager - Omnichannel, you sit at the heart of this work - translating high-level commercial goals into detailed, buildable process specifications for Salesforce, self-service, and agentic tooling across the partner journey.

You don't just document how things work today; you challenge the status quo and propose radical improvements. You are the connective tissue between commercial intent and technical execution, aligning domain experts, solution architects, UX designers, and developers into one coherent delivery stream.

You independently own requirements documentation and testing execution within agreed design frameworks, escalating cross-platform architecture changes to the Principal Process Architect.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Requirements engineering: Translate high-level commercial goals into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce (evolving for both SMB and strategic account sellers), Partner Hub, agentic tooling, and partner CRM workstreams. You independently author user stories, acceptance criteria, and data flow diagrams to a standard sufficient for direct development handoff - down to specifics like the mandatory Salesforce data points required to trigger contract generation in our self-service journey.
  • Solution design and radical improvement: Challenge existing process designs to propose improvements, applying practical knowledge of Salesforce and agentic platform capabilities to identify technically superior alternatives. You present recommendations in design reviews, and you're here to improve things radically, not incrementally.
  • Gap analysis and impact assessment: Conduct gap analysis on existing functional requirements, producing structured impact assessments that document system touchpoints, data dependencies, and downstream effects. Flag risks and dependencies clearly for stakeholders; assessments are reviewed by the Principal Process Architect before approval.
  • Delivery documentation: Create and maintain end-to-end process documentation with entry and exit criteria, system touchpoints, decision logic, and external dependencies across assigned workstreams, held in the central process repository as a complete package describing how a process should work.
  • Testing and validation: Drive E2E testing and validation for tooling and process changes. You independently write and execute test scripts, manage defect logging, and confirm sign-off criteria are met before each production release, so operational enhancements roll out smoothly and without disruption. No downstream impact gets overlooked.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Engage process and topic owners and domain experts across sales, customer service, web, and operations, alongside solution architects, UX and web designers, and developers.

What will you bring to the table?

  • 6+ years in business analysis or technical product management, with hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • A proven record of producing developer-ready specs: user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams that tech teams can execute against effortlessly.
  • Familiarity with self-service journey design and agentic tooling. Salesforce Agentforce is a strong advantage.
  • Strong systems thinking: gap analysis, downstream impact assessment, and edge case identification. You spot the hidden impacts and potential disruptions to existing ways of working before they become real-world issues.
  • Cross-domain breadth across sales, marketing, operations, and customer service - you understand the priorities and language of each, and how those functions connect.
  • Confident communication at every level, from daily standups with engineers to aligning process scope with senior commercial and product stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with curiosity. You don't wait for problems to be handed to you; you proactively spot improvement opportunities and act on them.
  • AI native. You're comfortable integrating AI tools into your daily workflow, from drafting and analysis to process discovery and documentation acceleration.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification strongly preferred.

At JET, this is on the menu:

Our teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment. Fun, fast-paced and supportive, the JET culture is about movement, growth and about celebrating every aspect of our JETers.
