Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• ontwikkelen en uitbouwen van klantrelaties binnen de regio Amsterdam;
• adviseren van opdrachtgevers over capaciteit, talent en arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen;
• begeleiden van recruitment- en bemiddelingstrajecten van A tot Z;
• voeren van gesprekken met assistants, management assistants en directieondersteuners;
• uitbreiden van je netwerk en creëren van nieuwe business;
• signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en commerciële kansen;
• coachen en ondersteunen van collega's vanuit jouw ervaring;

Over de vacature

Als Senior Consultant bij VNOM werk je in een 360-graden rol en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, uitbreiden en beheren van je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je schakelt op hoog niveau met opdrachtgevers, weet kansen in de markt te benutten en draagt actief bij aan de groei van de vestiging én het team.

Verder bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit:

• Het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en het onderhouden van bestaande relaties;
• Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van acquisitie en het opbouwen van een sterk netwerk;
• Het schrijven en binnenhalen van vacatures en het realiseren van plaatsingen;
• Het plannen en uitvoeren van klant- en projectbezoeken;
• Het voeren van commerciële gesprekken, contractbesprekingen en onderhandelingen;
• Het begeleiden van junior consultants en bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team.

Als adviseur in onze Corporate Tax Middle Markets praktijk werk je aan belastingvraagstukken voor (operationele) Nederlandse multinationals. Wij zijn de sparringpartner van onze klanten en helpen onze klanten om hun strategie te verwezenlijken. Onze klanten zijn familiebedrijven en bedrijven die worden gehouden door private equity (portfolio's). Ook adviseren wij vermogende particulieren (Quote 500) over onder andere vermogensbeheer, bedrijfsopvolging en emigraties. Wij zijn een landelijke business unit waardoor je ook met veel verschillende mensen kunt samenwerken, maar heb je wel een vast team op je eigen kantoor in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven of Groningen.
