Overview

As a Senior Consultant, you blend hands-on technology work with client-facing advisory and technical leadership. You will design secure, scalable architectures across OpenText Process Automation, Content Manager, and AI-enabled solutions to deliver measurable impact. You'll lead delivery teams while remaining hands-on in configuration, development, and problem-solving. This role involves exploring AI use cases and communicating complex ideas clearly in workshops, demos, and pre-sales settings. You'll join a transformation-minded team that values AI-driven, human-centered approaches to information management.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Translate client ambitions into concrete solution designs and delivery roadmaps
• Design modern, secure, scalable architectures across process automation, content management, integration and AI
• Lead and mentor delivery teams while contributing to configuration, development and troubleshooting
• Configure, build, test and deploy OpenText-based solutions focusing on Process Automation and Content Manager
• Explore AI use cases such as intelligent document processing, content enrichment, conversational experiences and process optimisation
• Support workshops, demos and pre-sales engagements, and communicate complex ideas clearly

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Experience in consulting, solution delivery or software engineering with ownership and client collaboration

• Hands-on experience with OpenText solutions (Process Automation, Content Manager, or related platforms)

• Broad understanding of content, records, information governance and business process management

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, application integration and modern development practices

• Development or scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, XML or REST services

• Interest in generative and agentic AI, machine learning, intelligent automation or responsible AI

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical mindset for performance and reliability

• Understanding of Windows and Linux environments; cloud, container or DevOps experience is a plus

• Clear communication in Dutch and English and ability to work with diverse teams
