Verantwoordelijkheden

• Initieren en faciliteren van workshops om AI-kansen in bedrijfsprocessen te identificeren en prioriteren
• Uitdagen van klanten op AI-ambitie, governance en volwassenheid
• Opstellen van een AI-transformatie roadmap in samenwerking met collega's
• Zorgen dat AI bijdraagt aan strategische doelen en geen los experiment blijft
• Verstehen en communiceren van AI-concepts naar zowel business als IT
• Brug slaan tussen klant en delivery-teams en gezamenlijke taal afstemmen

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als Management/Strategy/Digital Transformation Consultant

• Ervaring met vertaalslag tussen business en (technische) oplossing op gebied van strategie of roadmapping

• In staat AI te koppelen aan bedrijfsprocessen en structureel waarde te identificeren

• Bekend met Microsoft platform (Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents, Azure AI)

• Beheerst Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift

• Stakeholdermanagement

• Communicatieve vaardigheden op MT/Board-niveau

• Gepaste uitdaging van aannames en doorvragen

• AI-transformatie roadmaps

• AI governance en schaalbaarheid

• AI-concepten toegankelijk maken voor diverse doelgroepen
