Overview

In this role you help leading semiconductor and high-tech clients reinvent their operating models, processes, and transformation programs. You work closely with senior executives to translate strategy into practical roadmaps powered by data, AI, and digital tech, driving tangible value at scale. You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams to bring the best of Accenture to clients and deepen semiconductor ecosystem expertise. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Structure and solve complex strategic problems using data, insights, and hypothesis-driven thinking
• Engage with client stakeholders to shape decisions and secure buy-in
• Translate strategy into practical transformation roadmaps and ensure execution yields measurable results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (strategy, technology, data & AI, operations) to deliver integrated value
• Develop deep expertise in the semiconductor and high-tech ecosystem
• Own problem-solving and analysis within a workstream
• Support client interactions and contribute to strategic discussions
• Grow expertise in both strategy and technology-enabled transformation

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's degree (engineering, business, or a combination)

• 2+ years of consulting experience in the semiconductor/high-tech industry

• Proven ownership of partial scope within a consulting project

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate clearly

• Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation

• Interest in the semiconductor/high-tech industry

• Willingness to work in the Eindhoven region and on client sites
