In this role you help drive strategic projects at Roland Berger Amsterdam, focusing on innovation and public-private partnerships. You'll work across life sciences, biopharma and high-tech, collaborating with clients from private firms to universities. You lead modules, coach teams, and contribute to knowledge development while engaging with societal and cultural challenges around technology. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead modules within larger projects and manage smaller projects (3-5 consultants)
- Coach and develop project team members
- Collaborate with industry experts at Roland Berger
- Contribute to knowledge development by capturing insights from client work
- Participate in office-wide projects to advance the firm's thinking in specific areas or sectors
Belangrijkste vereisten

Academic university education (WO)
-
4-7 years' experience in strategy/management consulting or relevant senior roles in life sciences, biopharma, high-tech, or public-private sectors

Prior strategic and project-based work experience

Mobilizing funds experience is advantageous

Technical (academic) background and knowledge advantageous
