Overview

In this role you help drive strategic projects at Roland Berger Amsterdam, focusing on innovation and public-private partnerships. You'll work across life sciences, biopharma and high-tech, collaborating with clients from private firms to universities. You lead modules, coach teams, and contribute to knowledge development while engaging with societal and cultural challenges around technology. This is an opportunity to shape strategy and bridge science with society in a collaborative, ambitious environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead modules within larger projects and manage smaller projects (3-5 consultants)
• Coach and develop project team members
• Collaborate with industry experts at Roland Berger
• Contribute to knowledge development by capturing insights from client work
• Participate in office-wide projects to advance the firm's thinking in specific areas or sectors

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Academic university education (WO)

• 4-7 years' experience in strategy/management consulting or relevant senior roles in life sciences, biopharma, high-tech, or public-private sectors

• Prior strategic and project-based work experience

• Mobilizing funds experience is advantageous

• Technical (academic) background and knowledge advantageous

• Technical affinity and commercial insight

• Analytical thinking and ability to structure arguments

• Precise, open-minded, and own-initiative

• Experience managing others and delegating to junior team members

• Familiarity with/experience in (financial) modeling (Excel), visualization (PowerPoint), and storytelling

• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills; excellent English
