Overview

In this role, you help clients reinvent technology by aligning business strategy with digital foundations and AI-driven innovation. You collaborate with C-suite and senior stakeholders to shape strategic technology roadmaps, design future-ready architectures, and drive multi-year transformation programs. You work in cross-functional teams to unlock measurable value and support clients' shift toward AI-enabled, data-driven operations. This position blends strategy, technology, and industry insight to deliver tangible business outcomes.

• Design future-ready digital architectures and cloud-enabled roadmaps
• Accelerate AI adoption and embed data-driven decision making
• Deliver transformation programs with measurable value and sustainable outcomes
• Collaborate with C-suite, IT managers, and cross-functional teams
• Develop value cases and operating models for disruptive technologies
• Contribute to practice development through events, viewpoints, and knowledge sharing
• Guide clients on technology investments and modernization initiatives

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's degree (preferred with technical or business economics focus)

• 3-5 years of experience in technology strategy and/or large-scale digital transformations

• Knowledge of latest technology advancements relevant to the role

• Strong consulting skills: financial/business acumen, problem solving, project management, stakeholder management

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
