Overview

In this role, you help banks, pension funds and other financial service firms transform risk functions using AI and advanced analytics. You work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver large-scale risk transformation, from governance to AI-enabled risk pipelines. You'll tackle regulatory change, model risk, and data-driven decision support to build smarter, more resilient risk functions. This is a hands-on role with client impact and cross-functional collaboration, offering learning from global experts and a clear impact on transformation.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Support AI governance, model risk and risk framework design including controls lifecycle management
• Strengthen oversight, controls and compliance across risk functions
• Deliver financial risk modelling, scenario analysis and stress testing
• Leverage data, automation and machine learning to enhance risk insights and decision-making
• Design and enhance operational risk frameworks, embedding data, automation and AI-driven capabilities
• Support the transition from proof-of-concept to production-grade AI and deploy auditable AI-driven solutions

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Experience in risk consulting or a risk function within banking, financial services, pension funds or insurance

• Solid foundation in Risk Governance & Oversight, Risk Analytics & Intelligence and/or Operational Risk Management

• Hands-on experience with AI or advanced analytics in a regulated environment (development, deployment, validation or governance)

• Exposure to risk-related system implementations (e.g. credit origination, GRC tooling, risk data platforms)

• Ability to translate complex regulatory and risk requirements into clear business and technical solutions

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior audiences

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
