Overview

As Senior Consultant Manufacturing Excellence, you drive operational excellence transformations for manufacturing and warehousing. You'll work on redesigning operating models, process improvements, and digital transformations on shop floor operations, collaborating with implementation teams and client stakeholders. You will apply TPM and Lean methodologies to boost performance and value. This role offers cross-domain exposure within EY's Supply Chain & Operations practice and a meaningful impact on client performance.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead transformation projects to improve client manufacturing and warehousing performance
• Design and implement operating model redesigns and process improvements
• Manage TPM and Lean initiatives and drive sustainable changes
• Support digital transformation journeys for shop floor operations
• Collaborate with implementation teams and client stakeholders to deliver value
• Analyze data, systems, and organizational factors to inform recommendations
• Balance analytical work with pragmatic project execution
• Foster client relationships and internal collaboration to enable successful outcomes

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehousing operational excellence transformation

• Master's degree in operations management or a technical/engineering discipline

• Fluent in English and at least one other European language

• Excellent analytical capabilities

• Strong communication, influencing and people skills

• Results-driven with pragmatic execution and conceptual thinking

• Willingness to work abroad

• Experience with data analytics in industrial contexts is an advantage
