As a Senior Consultant at Sia, you help reimagine clients' finance organizations and implement solid controllership foundations. You work across finance processes, closing and planning cycles, contributing to both client deliverables and internal growth of our offerings. You collaborate with cross functional teams in a fast-growing, international firm that values ownership and rapid development. • Improve closing, consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Control and optimize financial impact of business processes
• Contribute to internal initiatives: develop offerings and participate in commercial activities
• Support business development through need definition and commercial initiatives
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-growing, international setting

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics

• 3-6 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of financial strategy, closing, consolidation and reporting, and finance process optimization

• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize options into conclusions

• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to rapidly build expertise

• Fast learner, communicative, flexible, entrepreneurial

• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills
