who are you
You always strive for perfect customer service. You have great communication skills and are able to communicate fluently in English. You always have your eyes on the result and you are stress resistant.

• Experience in customer service or a similar position is an advantage;
• A healthy dose of human knowledge and excellent communication skills, both spoken and written;
• Native language skills in English, both written and oral;
• Near native language skills in one of the following languages: Spanish, French or Italian;
• The ability to remain calm in difficult customer situations;
• Empathy and a genuine passion to help the customer as best as possible;
• An eye for detail;

what will you do
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the customers—managing daily inquiries, resolving case activities with care, and upholding the high operational standards that define the brand experience.

• Follow up with workshops on timestamps to ensure correct and accurate information is provided to the customer;
• Actively managing the breakdown case once the vehicle enters the workshop to speed up repair time – maximizing uptime;
• Supporting and coordinating parts delivery or escalations;
• Supporting and coordinating technical cases and escalations;
• Proactive customer contact for the duration of the repair;
• Offering support and guidance to the workshops on our policy and guidelines;
• Providing the customers with suitable replacement vehicle options;
• Reviewing the full customer journey and applying goodwill where applicable.

The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center has years of experience and a strong focus on customer focus. This gives Mercedes-Benz the know-how to manage and develop global customer contact centers worldwide. The Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Center is part of the Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Service & Parts Division and works closely with other departments and divisions to create the best customer experience.
