• Heb jij ervaring in een technische supportrol (het liefst op Level 2)?

Als Technical Support Specialist Level 2 ben jij een onmisbaar aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners. Jij duikt de techniek in, maar vergeet nooit de mens achter de vraag. Jouw doel? Maximale uptime en een 100% tevreden klant!

Jouw werkdag in een notendop:

• Support leveren: Jij fixt complexe (Level 2) technische vragen via tickets en de telefoon.
• Helder communiceren: Tijdens het hele troubleshooting-proces neem jij de klant aan de hand mee. Duidelijkheid en professionaliteit staan voorop.
• Integraties & Configuraties: Je helpt klanten en partners bij systeemintegraties en zorgt dat de backoffice-connectiviteit vlekkeloos werkt.
• Teamwork met Level 3: Kom je er even niet uit? Geen probleem! Je schakelt soepel met het Level 3 Support team om samen structurele en duurzame oplossingen te bouwen.
• Sales ondersteunen: Je bent de technische steun en toeverlaat van het Sales team. Zowel in pre-sales als post-sales trajecten denk jij mee, zodat de klant altijd de allerbeste oplossing krijgt.

wie ben jij

wat ga je doen
Als technical support engineer ben jij hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je helpt ze telefonisch en per mail bij technische vragen en problemen. Van eenvoudige issues zoals een wachtwoordreset tot complexe vraagstukken binnen workflows. Je onderzoekt, analyseert en zoekt uit hoe je de klant zo goed mogelijk kunt helpen. Als je er niet uitkomt, schakel je met de juiste collega’s van development of campaign services.
Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich gehoord voelt én een passende oplossing krijgt.

• Klantvragen aannemen, registreren en oplossen via telefoon en mail;
• Advies geven over de beste inrichting van het platform;
• Schakelen met andere teams wanneer nodig (denk aan development);
• Rapportages gebruiken om problemen te analyseren;
• Actief bijdragen aan een vriendelijke en behulpzame supportdesk.
