Overview

In this role you drive customer success for Nutanix implementations, nurturing key relationships and accelerating product adoption. You collaborate with Support and Engineering to resolve issues, lead customer education, and coordinate resources across teams. You'll conduct health assessments, propose upgrade strategies, and maintain high satisfaction and retention within the first year. This is a remote-facing consulting position that blends technical mastery with strong client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

• Manage and nurture assigned customer relationships to drive product adoption and success
• Assess installed base, provide usage maturity insights and best practices
• Coordinate with Support and Engineering to expedite critical issue resolution
• Facilitate customer training and identify further education opportunities
• Recommend upgrade plans and perform health checks to optimize environments
• Collaborate with internal teams to orchestrate resources for customer needs
• Proactively engage customers to address concerns and needs about Nutanix solutions
• Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention in year one

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 6-10 years in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Support Engineer, Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager)

• Strong knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, and data center technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus

• High technical aptitude with understanding of infrastructure (storage, compute, network)

• Experience managing long-term customer relationships and driving product adoption

• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and lead consultative conversations

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech); advanced degree is a plus

• Fluent Dutch and English required
