Wil je als Systeem Engineer werken aan beheer, support en projecten voor MKB- en overheidsklanten? Bij All Automation Service maak je deel uit van het NOC-team en zorg je samen met collega’s dat IT-omgevingen stabiel, veilig en goed beheerd blijven.

Je werkt met onder andere Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, VMware, Veeam, firewalls en managed switches. Een rol voor een medior engineer die graag klantcontact combineert met technische diepgang.

Jouw rol

Als Systeem Engineer ondersteun je klanten en collega’s bij incidenten, beheerwerkzaamheden en projecten. Je schakelt tussen kantoor, klantlocaties en het NOC-team, waarbij je problemen niet alleen snel oplost, maar ook structureel wilt verbeteren.

• Je behandelt 1e en 2e lijns ondersteuningsvragen van klanten en collega’s.
• Je beheert en update gevirtualiseerde Windows- en Ubuntu/Debian-omgevingen binnen VMware.
• Je voert beheer uit op firewalls en managed switches, onder andere van Unifi en HP.
• Je werkt aan beveiligingsoptimalisaties voor netwerken en on-premise servers.
• Je installeert, configureert en beheert Windows Servers, werkstations, laptops en Veeam back-upsystemen.
• Je ondersteunt bij migratie, installatie en configuratie van Microsoft 365-omgevingen met Entra ID, Intune en Exchange Online.
• Je denkt samen met senior collega’s mee over nieuwe technische implementaties.

Wie we zoeken

Je bent servicegericht, communiceert makkelijk met klanten en collega’s en vindt het belangrijk om technische problemen goed en blijvend op te lossen.

• Je hebt een afgeronde IT-opleiding op mbo+/hbo-niveau.
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in systeembeheer, support engineering of een vergelijkbare infrastructuurfunctie.
• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met Windows-besturingssystemen en netwerken.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook actief samenwerking met collega’s.
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend.
• Je hebt rijbewijs B.
• Ervaring met VMware, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Veeam, firewalls of Linux-omgevingen is een sterke pré.

Over All Automation Service

All Automation Service is een ICT-bedrijf in Aalsmeer dat sinds 1990 IT-partner is voor MKB- en overheidsklanten. Klanten worden ondersteund door een team van engineers dat snel helpt op afstand en waar nodig dichtbij.

Het team bestaat uit 5 systeembeheerders, 2 cybersecurity engineers, 5 programmeurs en een officemanager. Sinds 2022 is All Automation Service onderdeel van Initeam, gevestigd in België. Initeam richt zich op op maat uitgewerkte ERP-software.

Over de functie

Als Product Lead On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure ben je hiërarchisch verantwoordelijk voor het volledige infrastructuur platformteam, zowel on-prem als cloud (Azure). Je stuurt engineers en product owners aan en brengt deze platformdiensten naar een hoger volwassenheidsniveau. Hoe jij dit precies realiseert? Dat is aan jou. Jij zet jouw talenten in bij het:

• hiërarchisch aansturen van het brede infrastructuur platformteam met product owners en engineers voor on-prem en cloud.
• vormgeven van strategie, roadmap en prioriteiten voor het On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure platform als een samenhangend product.

• Ervaring met Platform Engineering en Infrastructure as Code implementaties
• Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van een productvisie, roadmap en prioritering voor infrastructuurdiensten.
• Ervaring met het borgen van beschikbaarheid, security, continuïteit en performance van bedrijfskritische IT-platformen.

The Trading Operations Production Support Engineering team is responsible for maintaining and scaling the low-latency trading systems. Collaborating closely with traders, development, and operational teams, you will deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize trading infrastructure to enhance reliability, performance, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support to high-frequency trading floors, troubleshooting complex issues and resolving incidents in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Deploy, maintain, and monitor proprietary trading applications, ensuring stability and performance in the trading environment.
• Review and analyze incidents to identify recurring themes, driving improvements to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate deployments of new trading products, systems, and exchanges, ensuring readiness for events such as corporate actions or special announcements.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Solid experience managing complex distributed systems in Linux environments (L2/L3 support), with a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, build, deployment, and version control systems.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tooling and scripting in Python or similar languages to automate tasks.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) or other database systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive system improvements and work across global teams to deliver changes.

Non-Technical Skills:

• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, capable of coordinating effectively across departments.
• A pragmatic and logical thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve incidents efficiently.

About this role

The Global Sales and Operations Strategy team drives growth and digital transformation across our international sales organization. Within this group, the Digital Expansion team owns the end-to-end digital journey for our partners across all digital channels.

As our Digital Acquisition Funnel Owner Lead, you will act as the driving force behind the partner experience-from initial acquisition to ongoing retention. Embodying our values to lead, deliver, and care, you will connect data and strategy to foster seamless teamwork and deliver outstanding results for our partners.

Working closely at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Data Engineering, you will turn complex funnel diagnostics into actionable clarity that powers smarter decisions and optimizes conversion across our digital ecosystem.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• End-to-End Funnel Ownership: Track and report on all stages of the partner journey, ensuring high data accuracy and actionable insights across every touchpoint.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive shared priorities and a unified digital strategy.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze drop-off points across the digital experience, aiming high to lead initiatives that boost conversion rates.
• Data Integrity: Partner with Data Engineering to proactively maintain consistent, high-quality funnel data across all digital platforms.
• Clear Communication: Translate complex findings into straightforward recommendations that empower stakeholders to make confident decisions.
• Innovation & Excellence: Explore digital solutions and automation to enhance self-serve experiences and drive operational efficiency.

What will you bring to the team?

• Funnel & Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of digital acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and end-to-end customer/partner journeys in a tech or digital-first environment.
• Data & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, BigQuery, SQL, Tableau) to build reports and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional skill in aligning diverse stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Data Engineering to achieve common goals.

• Als Principal Technology Lead ben je binnen Schiphol dé stem in de technologische besluitvorming. Je adviseert tot op executive niveau en bent een trusted advisor voor het leiderschap van Schiphol op het gebied van technologiestrategie, investeringen, risico's en digitale transformatie.
• Schiphol behoort tot de vitale infrastructuur van Nederland. De technologische keuzes die je helpt vormgeven dragen bij aan de beschikbaarheid, veiligheid, continuïteit en innovatiekracht van een organisatie waarop dagelijks miljoenen reizigers, duizenden medewerkers en ketenpartners vertrouwen.
• Je geeft richting aan de technologische ontwikkeling van Schiphol. Je verbindt bedrijfsdoelstellingen, technologie, risico's en investeringen en zorgt voor een samenhangende technologische koers voor de lange termijn.

Over de functie

Als Principal Technology Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technologische koers, standaarden en samenhang binnen Schiphol. Je helpt richting geven aan strategische technologiekeuzes, governance, investeringen en innovatie en zorgt ervoor dat Schiphol beschikt over een toekomstbestendig, veilig en schaalbaar technologisch fundament. Besluiten waaraan jij bijdraagt hebben directe impact op de continuïteit, cyberweerbaarheid, schaalbaarheid en innovatiekracht van een van de meest complexe technologische omgevingen van Nederland. Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor de technologische samenhang over het volledige Enterprise Technology-landschap: van connectivity, cloud- en datacenterdiensten tot digital workplace, identity, automation, integratieplatformen en observability. Hoe jij dit realiseert? Dat is aan jou. Jij zet jouw talenten in bij het:

• fungeren als de technologische autoriteit binnen Digital & Technology en richting geven aan de technologische ontwikkeling van Schiphol.
• acteren als trusted advisor op strategische technologie-investeringen, digitale transformatie en enterprise risico's.
• vormgeven van technologische besluitvorming door middel van principes, standaarden, referentiearchitecturen en governancekaders.
• ontwikkelen van de technologische visie en meerjarige koers voor Schiphol in samenwerking met je stakeholders in de Digital & Technology organisatie.

• minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in een senior technologieleiderschapsrol zoals CTO, Head of Technology, Technology Lead, Director Technology, Chief Architect of vergelijkbaar.
• ervaring met het leidinggeven aan managers, technology leads, architectuurteams of vergelijkbare expertorganisaties.
• aantoonbare ervaring met het adviseren van senior besluitvormers binnen complexe organisaties.
• ervaring binnen organisaties met een hoge mate van operationele complexiteit, continuïteitseisen en maatschappelijke impact.

Technologie en strategie:

• bewezen trackrecord in het ontwikkelen en realiseren van technologiestrategieën op corporate niveau.
• ervaring met grootschalige technologie-transformaties op het gebied van cloud, infrastructuur, platformen, workplace-services en cybersecurity.
• diepgaande kennis van technologiegovernance, enterprise architectuur en strategisch portfoliomanagement.
• inzicht in technologische trends en het vermogen deze te vertalen naar concrete strategische keuzes.
• brede en diepgaande kennis van missiekritische technologieomgevingen.

Governance, risico en investeringen:

• aantoonbare ervaring met enterprise governance en formele besluitvormingsstructuren.
• ervaring met meerjarige technologie-investeringen, businesscases en technologieportfolio's.
• ervaring met enterprise risicomanagement, cyberweerbaarheid en operationele continuïteit.
• ervaring met strategische sourcingvraagstukken en het managen van relaties met technologiepartners en leveranciers op senior niveau.

Je combineert strategische visie met executiekracht. Je bent in staat complexe veranderingen te initiëren, bestuurlijk draagvlak te creëren en deze succesvol te helpen realiseren binnen een omgeving met hoge beschikbaarheids- en continuïteitseisen. Daarnaast:

Sourcing en leveranciersmanagement:

Je adviseert over strategische sourcingkeuzes en helpt bij het bepalen van technologische uitgangspunten, architectuurprincipes en toetsingscriteria voor externe dienstverlening. Je draagt bij aan duurzame samenwerkingen met technologiepartners en leveranciers en bewaakt dat technologische keuzes aansluiten op de langetermijndoelstellingen van Schiphol.

Wat je krijgt

•    € 8442 tot € 12207 bruto per maand (buiten-CAO 4-D).
•    Variabele beloning.
•    Deelname aan het pensioenfonds ABP.

•    Een mobiliteitsvergoeding die je verschillende opties biedt, dit budget kun je onder andere inzetten voor een lease-auto.
•    Onkostenvergoeding.
•    16 diversiteitsuren. Die uren kan je gebruiken om op een feestdag naar keuze (extra) vrij te zijn.
•    Een NS-Business Card die reizen met openbaar vervoer van en naar het werk helemaal vergoedt. 
•    Ruimte voor ontwikkeling op professioneel en persoonlijk vlak. Zo is er een persoonlijk duurzaam inzetbaarheidsbudget, voor onder andere opleiding, coaching, sporten en verlof.
•    Een Iphone.
•    Mogelijkheid voor een leasefiets.
•    Om je ontwikkeling en gezondheid te ondersteunen, krijg je een persoonlijk duurzaaminzetbaarheidsbudget (DIB). Dit budget is 2% van je jaarsalaris. Begin je in dienst na 1 januari, dan wordt het bedrag naar rato berekend.

About the Team

Enterprise Technology

Enterprise Technology is de afdeling waarin alle generieke IT wordt samengebracht. De afdeling levert gestandaardiseerde bouwblokken zoals infrastructuur-, platform-, connectiviteits- en workplace-diensten die door de Business Platforms worden gebruikt voor de ontwikkeling en het beheer van hun domeinspecifieke oplossingen. Enterprise Technology vormt daarmee het technologisch fundament van Digital & Technology en stelt de Business Platforms in staat zich te richten op maximale waardecreatie voor hun businessdomein.
