Wat ga je doen?

Als Werkvoorbereider / Inkoper vorm je de verbinding tussen tekenkamer, productie, leveranciers en montage. Je vertaalt technische informatie naar een uitvoerbare planning en zorgt dat materialen en productiesets beschikbaar zijn.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Productiegereed maken van staalconstructies en onderdelen;
• Onderdelen efficiënt indelen en nesten voor machines;
• Inkopen en afroepen van staal, coatings, verf en projectmaterialen;
• Productiesets samenstellen, controleren en beschikbaar stellen;
• Levertijden, planning en productievoortgang bewaken;
• Afstemmen met tekenaars, productie, leveranciers en montage;
• Knelpunten herkennen en passende oplossingen aandragen;
• Transport naar bouwplaatsen, verzinkerijen en coaters organiseren;
• Bijdragen aan nacalculaties en evaluaties van projecten.

Wat vragen wij?

• Mbo-niveau 4 in een technische richting of vergelijkbaar niveau;
• Ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving, bij voorkeur staalbouw;
• Technische tekeningen en productiegegevens kunnen interpreteren;
• Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
• Goede kennis van MS Office, waaronder Excel;
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen en materiaal- of productiestaten is een pré.

Over de vacature

As a Buyer, you are responsible for managing the procurement process for a portfolio of suppliers. You ensure optimal stock availability from these suppliers and continuously improve procurement processes, which may vary per supplier. Een tram staat in de werkplaats, maar het onderdeel voor de reparatie laat op zich wachten.

Solliciteer snel! Er wordt een groot aantal sollicitanten verwacht voor de hieronder beschreven functie, wacht niet met het versturen van uw cv.

Jij pakt de telefoon, schakelt met de leverancier en zoekt samen met technische collega's naar een oplossing.

Als operationeel inkoper zorg jij dat onze werkplaatsen beschikken over de onderdelen die ze nodig hebben.

Zo draag je iedere dag zichtbaar bij aan het rijdend houden van de trams en metro's van Amsterdam.

Dit ga je doen Je begint je dag met de besteladviezen uit SAP: welke onderdelen zijn nodig en kloppen de gegevens? Je controleert de aanvragen, vraagt waar nodig offertes op en plaatst bestellingen bij leveranciers.

Vervolgens bewaak je de orderbevestigingen en leverdata.

Van bouten en kabels tot stoelen, wielstellen en pantografen: de onderdelen die je bestelt zijn net zo verschillend als de vragen die je krijgt.

Een belangrijk deel van je werk bestaat uit terugkerende bestellingen en zorgvuldige administratie.

Daarnaast is er uitzoekwerk.

Een artikelomschrijving is onduidelijk, een levering loopt vertraging op of de werkplaats heeft met spoed iets nodig.

Jij bepaalt wat voorrang heeft en onderneemt actie.

Je belt de leverancier, onderzoekt of een levering sneller kan en bespreekt mogelijke alternatieven met de technische specialisten.

Je bouwt aan goede relaties met leveranciers en houdt de werkplaatsen op de hoogte.

Je blijft een bestelling volgen totdat duidelijk is wanneer deze geleverd wordt en grijpt in als afspraken niet worden nagekomen.
