Als Frontoffice Medewerker ben jij het visitekaartje van de organisatie. Over de functie

Je komt terecht in een hecht team. Op de werkplaats werken zo'n 15 collega's en op kantoor werk je samen met twee directe collega's.

Dit ga je doen;

• Ontvangen en begeleiden van klanten aan de receptie;
• Beantwoorden van de telefoon en afhandelen van eerstelijnsvragen;
• Innemen van schademeldingen en registreren van voertuig- en verzekeringsgegevens;
• Contact onderhouden met verzekeraars over schadedossiers;
• Beheren van de agenda en inplannen van afspraken;
• Begeleiden van de inname en uitgifte van auto's;
• Regelen en uitgeven van leenauto's en controleren bij inlevering;
• Opstellen van facturen en verwerken van betalingen;
• Beheren van de crediteurenadministratie.

Over de functie

Als Werkvoorbereider Service zorg jij ervoor dat de technische specialisten in de werkplaats exact weten wat er verwacht wordt en hoe het uitgevoerd moet worden. Jij vertaalt klantwensen naar duidelijke werkorders en bewaakt het proces van begin tot eind.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Voorbereiden en uitwerken van werkorders voor maatwerk aan grondverzetmachines;
• Afstemmen met klanten over wensen, voortgang en technische mogelijkheden;
• Zorgen dat materialen en onderdelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn, in samenwerking met het magazijn;
• Bestellen van onderdelen en bewaken van levertijden;
• Coördineren tussen werkplaats, service monteurs en leveranciers;
• Administratief verwerken van projecten, inclusief project- en serviceadministratie;
• Voorbereiden van facturatie en correct afhandelen van garantie- en servicetrajecten;
• Beheren van onderhoudscontracten en service-informatie.

Ben jij op zoek naar een veelzijdige administratieve baan in een professionele organisatie in de Automotive? Dan is dit de kans voor jou! Wij zijn op zoek naar een administratief medewerker voor 32 tot 40 uur in Almere. Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie tot en met 31 december 2026.

Over de functie

In deze rol bied je essentiële ondersteuning binnen het operationele proces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige verwerking van administratieve taken en fungeert als een belangrijke schakel tussen verschillende interne systemen en processen.

Werkzaamheden:

• Verwerken en afhandelen van bekeuringen;
• Betaalbaar stellen en controleren van facturen;
• Aanvragen, beëindigen en wijzigen van brandstofpassen;
• Exporteren van gegevens naar de juiste systemen;
• Aanvragen en beheren van inlogcodes;
• Verwerken van berijdersmutaties;
• Afhandelen van huuraanvragen;
• Aanvragen van overnameprijzen;
• Registreren en verwerken van declaraties van leaserijders;
• Scannen, registreren en verwerken van inkomende documenten (facturen, bekeuringen, etc.);
• Beheren van de digitale en fysieke mailbox en zorgen voor tijdige verwerking van binnenkomende post en e-mails.
