This role is expected to become one of the key commercial leaders in Spectral’s global scaling journey.

What will you do as a Business Development Director at Spectral Industries?

• As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Spectral Industries' international growth strategy. Through your commercial initiatives, you will increase market awareness of Spectral Industries and its products, while clearly demonstrating the value proposition and operational impact of its technology to customers.
• You will establish and grow the market within the mining sector (and/or recycling sector) by acquiring new customers. • A BSc or MSc degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geochemistry, Process Metallurgy, Mineral Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience with commercializing innovative capital equipment, sensor systems, process technology or industrial instrumentation.
