Join EY-Parthenon PTR in Amsterdam to help clients strengthen financial and operational performance and navigate urgent, complex challenges. You'll work on finance transformation, liquidity management, and restructuring initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive practical, measurable improvements. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Support clients in strengthening financial and operational performance through high-impact initiatives
• Improve the finance function by enhancing processes, controls, reporting and performance management
• Lead cost optimisation and working capital improvement programmes
• Support the full transformation journey from strategy to implementation
• Contribute to liquidity management, cash flow forecasting and short-term stabilisation
• Participate in Independent Business Reviews to assess viability and actions
• Involve in distressed M&A, financial restructuring, and contingency planning
• Collaborate across Strategy, Transactions, Valuations, Tax and Assurance to deliver end-to-end solutions

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, transaction advisory, restructuring, or related fields

• University degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics or Accountancy

• Strong understanding of finance, accounting and financial analysis

• Affinity with transactions, restructuring or performance improvement topics

• Excellent communication skills; fluency in Dutch and English; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
