Ben jij een ervaren Maintenance Manager die structuur brengt in een dynamische 24/7 omgeving? Bij bol. in Waalwijk geef je leiding aan de dagelijkse onderhoudsorganisatie van één van de grootste en meest geavanceerde geautomatiseerde warehouses van Nederland. Je stuurt vijf teamleiders aan, bewaakt de onderhoudsplanning en zorgt voor maximale technische beschikbaarheid van de installatie.

Wat ga je doen?
Als Maintenance Manager zorg je ervoor dat alle onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen het distributiecentrum efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je geeft leiding aan vijf teamleiders en ondersteunt hen met jouw technische kennis en ervaring. Samen zorg je voor een optimaal presterende onderhoudsorganisatie.

Je bewaakt de onderhoudsplanning, stelt prioriteiten en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de planners van bol. en stem je werkzaamheden af met logistiek dienstverlener CEVA. Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen de verschillende ploegen en houdt continu zicht op de voortgang en resultaten.

Daarnaast monitor je KPI's zoals de technische beschikbaarheid van de installaties en de uitvoering van preventief onderhoud. Samen met je team kijk je voortdurend naar mogelijkheden om processen verder te verbeteren. Je initieert verbeterprojecten op het gebied van onderhoud, planning en samenwerking en werkt daarbij ook samen met andere SSI SCHÄFER-locaties. Veiligheid staat bij alles wat je doet voorop.

Dit breng jij mee

• Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau;
• Je hebt ervaring binnen een technische maintenance- of serviceomgeving. Ook in de werkvoorbereiding of operationeel management sluit goed aan;
• Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van teams;
• Je bent organisatorisch sterk, weet prioriteiten te stellen en durft beslissingen te nemen;

Maintenance & Service Team Leader

Would you like to lead a technical team while still staying closely involved with the technology yourself? Join SSI SCHÄFER as a Maintenance & Service Team Leader. You will work at PRIMARK®’s distribution centre in Roosendaal, which covers more than 30,000 m². Here, you will work with automated cranes, AGVs, a monorail system, pallet conveyor systems and almost 500 Flexi Shuttles.

What will you be doing?

You will make sure that the technical logistics process within the distribution centre continues to run smoothly. You will lead a team of five employees, coaching and supporting them while acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day activities. At the same time, you will remain hands-on with the technology, working with systems such as automated pallet cranes, AGVs, sensors, scanners, weighing systems, roller conveyors, conveyors and shuttles.

You will regularly coordinate with PRIMARK®, logistics partner GXO and your colleagues to ensure that activities and processes are properly aligned. You will also prepare reports for handovers to other shifts and your manager. These reports cover topics such as the technical condition of the systems, completed maintenance work and maintenance planning.

Together with your team, you will also look for ways to improve the technical process. Do you see opportunities to make activities or processes more efficient? You will discuss these with your manager and colleagues. No two working days are the same: one day the focus may be on preventive maintenance, while the next an unexpected breakdown may require your immediate attention.

What we offer

As a Maintenance & Service Team Leader, you will have a leadership role that combines technology, maintenance and employee development. You will work with modern automated systems, make independent decisions and support your team in developing their skills and expertise.

We offer:

• a permanent employment contract;
• a gross monthly salary between €4,200 and €4,700, depending on your experience and education;
• a 30% shift allowance on top of your salary;
• a full-time position in a five-shift system, averaging 34 working hours per week due to the shift schedule, excluding a number of additional scheduled attendance days;
• a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, up to a maximum commuting distance of 50 km each way;
• 27 days of annual leave, a PME pension scheme and employment conditions in accordance with the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement;
• an extensive onboarding programme, including training on the various systems and installations.

What you bring

• You have a secondary vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking;
• you have at least five years of work experience in a technical environment;
• you are able to coach, support and motivate employees;

De functie
Dit ga je doen

Als Maintenance Engineer zorg jij dat het machinepark betrouwbaar blijft draaien. En dat nieuwe techniek straks goed landt in de operatie.

Je werkt in dagdienst, terwijl de productie 24/7 doorgaat. De monteurs werken in ploegen. Jij houdt overzicht, kijkt vooruit en bent de schakel tussen techniek, productie, projectmanagement en technische innovatie.

De ene dag duik je in een storingsanalyse. De volgende dag denk je mee over een nieuwbouwproject. Daarna werk je een onderhoudsconcept uit voor een nieuwe lijn.

Dit ga je doen:

• Onderhoudsconcepten opstellen voor bestaande en nieuwe machines
• Het onderhoudsplan beheren, beoordelen en verbeteren
• Storingen analyseren en verbeteracties uitzetten
• Technische verbetervoorstellen bedenken en doorvoeren

Wat je gaat doen

Je geeft leiding aan het onderhoudsteam van de Suikersectie: een team van circa 16 monteurs, waaronder 4 coördinerende monteurs, aangevuld met externen in drukke periodes. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met 3 werkvoorbereiders en 1 maintenance engineer die het team ondersteunen en die jij functioneel aanstuurt.

Jouw opdracht is helder: zorgen dat het onderhoud binnen jouw werkgebied goed georganiseerd is, binnen budget blijft en stap voor stap beter wordt. Daarbij ligt de focus op leiderschap, onderhoudsverbetering, teaminrichting en een stevigere basis in planning en budgetbeheersing.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

• De budgetindeling en het budgetbeheer verder op orde brengt, inclusief forecasts voor het lopende jaar en het Long Term Asset Plan (LTAP)
• Werkt aan het verhogen van de benuttingsgraad van installaties
• De FTE-capaciteit per werkplek opnieuw beoordeelt en inricht op basis van wat er echt nodig is;
• Samen met je collega van Werkvoorbereiding & Planning de nieuwe onderhoudsplanningsmethodiek helpt landen op de werkvloer
• In je eerste drie maanden scherp in beeld brengt hoe processen lopen, waar de knelpunten zitten en welk plan van aanpak nodig is en dit plan ook uit te voeren.

Wat je gaat doen

As a CNC Bending Operator, you are responsible for the complete bending process, from programming and setting up machines to inspecting the finished product. You work in a team and help ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production.

Your responsibilities include:

• Programming and setup: Program and set up CNC press brakes and 3D bending machines, both online and offline, and install the correct tools.
• Processing and quality: Read technical and assembly drawings, process bar and coil material, and check products for dimensions and quality.
• Production: Work approximately 50% on series production and 50% on one-off customised products. In the future, you can also develop your skills by working with a welding robot.
• Planning and organisation: Participate in work meetings and daily start-ups, monitor delivery and standard times, complete orders and carry out internal transport using a forklift or overhead crane.
• Maintenance and safety: Perform first-line maintenance and work according to applicable procedures and safety, environmental and quality regulations.
• Teamwork and improvement: Work closely with colleagues, guide employees and trainees where needed, and discuss technical issues with the Production Manager and/or Manufacturing Engineer. You also contribute ideas to improve the production process and product manufacturability.

In short, this is a varied and technically challenging position where you can make a real difference! You will be working in a 2-shift system: Monday to Thursday: 06:00–15:00 or 15:00–00:00 and Friday: 06:00–11:30 or 11:30–17:00.

Wat je gaat doen

As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will be responsible for the entire production process at the CNC machine. You are able to work with at least three different CNC machines and work closely with the CNC Programmer and Manufacturing Engineer. You ensure that complex components are produced safely, efficiently and according to high quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Work preparation and machine setup: You read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, work orders and ISO programs. You set up the CNC machines and tools and ensure that materials and tools are correctly secured.
• CNC machining: You mill one-off parts, complex products and welded constructions using 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines with Siemens control systems. You mainly work with stainless steel, but also with plastics, steel and other materials.
• Quality and production: You inspect your own work, monitor quality, delivery times and standard times, and ensure that orders are fully completed and components are finished according to the applicable standards.
• Organisation and internal transport: You participate in work meetings and daily start-up meetings, coordinate activities within the team and carry out the required internal transport using, for example, a forklift or overhead crane.
• Maintenance and guidance: You perform first-line maintenance and, where necessary, support and guide colleagues, employees and interns within the team.
• Continuous improvement: You contribute ideas regarding the manufacturability and producibility of products. In addition, you discuss the approach to activities and any potential issues with the Production Manager, Manufacturing Engineer and/or CNC Programmer.
• Product development: You work together with the CNC Programmer and Manufacturing Engineer on the transition from prototype to pilot series and ultimately to production release.

Functie-eisen

For this position, we are looking for a technically skilled CNC Milling Machinist who works accurately, takes responsibility and enjoys contributing ideas to the production process.

• You have an MBO level 3 or 4 qualification, preferably in Machining/Metalworking;
• You are able to read and interpret technical drawings;
• You have experience with CNC machining;
• You are willing and able to work with different CNC machines;
• You have knowledge of setting up machines and tools;
• You work accurately, systematically and in an organised manner;
• You have an eye for quality and safety;
• You are able to work well with colleagues and share knowledge;
• You are technically skilled and have good spatial awareness;
• You are willing to contribute ideas for improvements within the production process;
