Over de functie

Als Medewerker BTW aangiften Data verwerking ga je dagelijks aan de slag met het invoeren en verwerken van data voor de BTW-teruggave van klanten. Je werkt veel achter de computer en voert repeterende taken uit, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en snelheid belangrijk zijn. Je gebruikt vooral de muis en werkt met verschillende digitale systemen. Je werkt op een kantooromgeving binnen een logistiek bedrijf, waar je samenwerkt met een klein team. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn:

• Invoeren en controleren van klantgegevens voor BTW-teruggave
• Controleren van aangeleverde documenten en bijhouden van digitale dossiers
• Contact onderhouden met collega’s over bijzonderheden in data
• Signaleren van onregelmatigheden of onvolledigheden in de gegevens
• Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige administratieve afhandeling

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag, tijdens reguliere kantoortijden (tussen 08:30 en 17:00 uur). Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie van minimaal 3 maanden, met een werkweek van 38 tot 40 uur.

Wat wij vragen

• Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting administratie, logistiek of economie
• Minimaal 1 jaar relevante kantoorervaring als administratief medewerker, data entry medewerker of vergelijkbaar
• Vloeiende beheersing van de Engelse taal (spreken en schrijven)
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt goed omgaan met repeterende taken
• Je bent beschikbaar voor 38 tot 40 uur per week, minimaal 3 maanden

No management layer above you, but a direct line to the leadership and influence on how First Case sets up its work technically.

As an Electrical Engineer Data Center you work on the critical electrical installations in the Eemshaven: UPS systems, standby generators, distribution boards and the measurement and control equipment that goes with them. You carry out preventive maintenance, inspect installations, take measurements, resolve faults and record every action, because in these buildings the documentation weighs as much as the work. You are there when the manufacturer commissions new systems, so you see up close how a site is built up. If you come from commercial and industrial buildings and UPS is new to you, you learn those systems here on the installation itself. The work asks for precision and reliability: in these buildings the power must never fail.

The essentials: Salary €3.300 to €4.100 per month 38 hours per week Fulltime Based in Groningen.

In this role you earn €3.300 at entry, rising to €4.100 as an experienced engineer. Growing on to Senior can later reach €4.900, but you are applying now for the Data Center Engineer role.

• Is jouw belangrijkste bezigheid is het schrijven van jouw scriptie of afstudeeropdracht en kan je uiteraard al je verplichtingen blijven nakomen tijdens je stage;
