Je bouwt in korte tijd een stevig fundament in het hr- en recruitmentvak. Je leert alles over werving, selectie, klantadvies en planning, met coaching, interne workshops en veel feedbackmomenten. Zo ontdek je of jouw volgende stap later ligt in hr, recruitment of accountmanagement, terwijl je nu al verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over je eigen klanten en kandidaten.

Daarnaast werk je in een hecht team waar je mag meedenken over hoe processen slimmer en leuker kunnen. Met een startsalaris van €2700 (40 uur), 8% vakantiegeld, 6% persoonlijk budget, bonusregeling, reiskostenvergoeding en de mogelijkheid om 32 tot 40 uur te werken, krijg je alle ruimte om te groeien én te genieten van je werk.

Jouw werkzaamheden als consultant ASA Nijmegen:

• Recruitment:

  Je werft en selecteert studenten, starters en young professionals, voert intakegesprekken en maakt de match via onze database en jouw netwerk, zodat zowel kandidaat als klant vooruitkomt.

• Vacatureteksten en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie:

  Je schrijft duidelijke, aansprekende vacatures en denkt mee over online en offline zichtbaarheid van ASA om de juiste doelgroep te bereiken.

• Klantadvies en relatiebeheer:

  Je bent vast aanspreekpunt voor klanten, adviseert over instroom, planning en hr-vraagstukken en bewaakt afspraken, zodat samenwerkingsdoelen worden gehaald.

• Begeleiding van uitzendkrachten:

  Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact, beantwoordt vragen en signaleert knelpunten op tijd, zodat uitzendkrachten zich gehoord voelen en goed presteren.

• Planning en organisatie:

  Je plant gesprekken, bewaakt deadlines en houdt overzicht in een dag waarin prioriteiten kunnen verschuiven, zodat processen soepel blijven lopen.

Wat we je bieden

Als Recruitment Consultant bij ASA Utrecht werk je midden in de dynamiek van de arbeidsmarkt. Je start je dag met een stand-up met je team, bekijkt de openstaande vacatures en de planning van je uitzendkrachten, plant gesprekken in met kandidaten en belt met klanten over hun personeelsbehoefte. Tussendoor schrijf je een pakkende vacaturetekst, voer je een kennismakingsgesprek met een starter die morgen al kan beginnen en stem je met een klant af hoe de eerste werkdag eruitziet. Regelmatig ga je op bezoek bij klanten in Nederland om de samenwerking te versterken en nieuwe kansen te bespreken. Role Description

This is a commission based remote role for a Venue Sourcing Meeting Consultant. Ben jij een ervaren directiesecretaresse die houdt van afwisseling en uitdaging? Als Direct Team assistant werk je op interim-basis bij onze opdrachtgevers, variërend van zorginstellingen tot technische bedrijven. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je krijgt de kans om jouw expertise in te zetten in verschillende sectoren. Je werkt in een hybride omgeving, waarbij je soms vanuit huis werkt en soms op kantoor bij de opdrachtgever.
