• Je beschikt over minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Je hebt je strepen verdiend in een vergelijkbare, brede rol.
• Omdat het een internationaal bedrijf is, spreek en schrijf je uitstekend Nederlands en Engels.
• MS Office heeft voor jou geen geheimen. Heb je ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals Navision of SAP? Dan heb je een streepje voor!
• Je bent discreet, stressbestendig en een echte teamplayer die ook prima zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen.

Wat ga je doen
Jij zorgt dat alles op kantoor soepel verloopt. Je ondersteunt de directie en pakt de regie op de administratieve processen. Geen dag is hetzelfde!

• Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leveranciers. Je beheert facilitaire zaken, onderhoudscontracten en de kantoorvoorraad. Ook interne events en communicatie pak jij proactief op.
• Van het schrijven van vacatureteksten tot de onboarding van nieuwe collega's; jij regelt het hele proces. Je beheert personeelsdossiers en verzorgt de verlofregistratie en salarismutaties.
• Samen met een collega verwerk je facturen en handel je betalingen af.
• Je bent een volwaardig gesprekspartner voor het management, adviseert over HR-zaken en zorgt dat actiepunten uit vergaderingen ook écht worden afgevinkt.

• You have at least 3 years of leadership experience and are very capable.
• You hold a completed MBO+/HBO degree in Logistics, Transport, or a similar relevant field.
• You are flexible and willing to rotate or assist at our locations in Doetinchem and ’s-Heerenberg.
• You have excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. German is a plus.
• Food knowledge, such as Food-grade warehousing and HACCP, BRC, or IFS, is a big advantage.

what will you do
As a Logistics Supervisor, you are the operational leader and point of contact for your team of 15-20 employees. Your main task: ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently within our Food Warehouse – always prioritizing compliance with food safety guidelines (HACCP, BRC, IFS). You are directly responsible for daily management, planning, and creating a positive work atmosphere. But you go further: you are a Team Coach who sees talents, develops colleagues, and leads structural meetings. You have a passion for process optimization (LEAN), analyze, propose improvements, contribute to long-term goals with the Warehouse Manager, and meticulously manage forecasting and staffing.

• You will be the operational leader and point of contact for your team of 15-20 employees.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Food Warehouse, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Directly manage daily operations, plan effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
• Act as a Team Coach, identifying and developing talent within your team.

Who you are
You are available full-time and want to work in the warehouse for a long time. Do you have no experience as a warehouse worker yet? That is no problem at all! It is important that you are fit and strong enough for physical work. You will also work in shifts: one week you work the early shift, and the next week you work the late shift.

• Fit and strong: You are able to do physical work in the warehouse.
• Full-time available: You are ready to work 40 hours a week.
• Saturday work: You work on Saturdays (mandatory) and get one day off during the week.
• Language: You must speak English. Being able to speak Dutch is a big plus!
• You live close to Steenwijk

What will you do
Start your adventure in logistics! As a warehouse worker, you will help with loading and unloading trucks full of furniture and home decor. You are the ‘director’ of the warehouse, keeping track of everything that comes in and goes out. You will do this by performing some light office tasks and administration.

You will work in shifts: one week you work early (06:00 – 14:00) and the next week you work late (14:00 – 22:30). For these shifts, you get an extra 8.75% bonus on top of your salary. On Saturdays, you get a big 50% bonus! On this day, you work adjusted hours (either 06:00 – 15:00 or 12:00 – 18:30).

• Extra money: Get an 8.75% bonus for your shifts and a 50% bonus on Saturdays!
• Great hours: Work in early (06:00 - 14:00) or late (14:00 - 22:30) shifts.
• Your tasks: Loading and unloading trucks with furniture and home decor.
