Functie-inhoud

• Bedienen van machines en installaties volgens werkinstructies en gebruikstandaarden
• Registreren en analyseren van verliezen, kansen en problemen identificeren
• Snel en adequaat handelen op signalen vanuit het proces die duiden op dreigende stilstand
• Onderhouden, reinigen, smeren en inspecteren van installaties en machines volgens instructies van de maintenance planner
• Assisteren van shift technicians bij storingen en onderhoud tijdens de shift

As a full-time operator in the cooking and mixing department, you will combine your technical skills with the highest standards of quality. And your hard work pays off: you'll start directly on a contract with Solina, earn a gross monthly salary of up to €2,800, plus a generous shift allowance ranging from 25% to 50% on top!

who are you

As an operator at Solina, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are available full-time for the 3-shift rotation
• You have your own transport to get to Nieuw-Vennep
• You have at least 1 years of experience in machine operation

what will you do

As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly. Initially, you will focus mainly on the 'Cooking & Mixing' department, where the foundation for the sauces and marinades is laid. You will operate the machines independently and intervene when necessary.

The fixed working hours in the 3-shift rotation are from 06:00 to 15:00, from 14:00 to 23:00, or from 22:00 to 07:00. On top of your basic hourly wage, you will receive a 25% shift allowance for the hours worked between 18:00 and 00:00. Working between 00:00 and 06:00? Then you will benefit from an extra allowance of 50% per hour! This will significantly boost your monthly salary.

• Setting up, starting, and monitoring the production lines

what will you do
As a forklift operator, you prepare the products for loading onto the trucks. Pallets are moved into the warehouse using the forklift or electric pallet truck (EPT). In addition, you are responsible for loading and unloading trucks. During this process, you scan the products and pallets with a handheld scanner. Of course, you don’t do this alone; you work closely with your colleagues. Together, you ensure that the trucks can hit the road quickly and efficiently.
