Wat ga je precies doen

Als machineoperator verpakking speel je een belangrijke rol in het zorgvuldig en efficiënt verpakken van diergeneesmiddelen binnen een internationale omgeving. Je werkt met moderne machines en volgt strikte richtlijnen zoals GMP en FDA om de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen. Deze functie biedt jou de kans om je technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en actief bij te dragen aan een prettige en veilige werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen als machineoperator verpakking: - Verpakken en etiketteren van diergeneesmiddelen volgens vastgestelde voorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.

• Instellen, opstarten en ombouwen van verpakkingsmachines.
• Uitvoeren van procescontroles en invoeren van gegevens in het systeem.
• Signaleren en verhelpen van eerstelijnsstoringen, en indien nodig overleggen met de technische dienst.
• Reinigen en schoonhouden van de productieruimtes volgens hygiëneregels.

Who you are

What will you do

You process returns from Albert Heijn. Think of empty crates, bottles, and unsold food. Skip the gym, because you get fit while working! You will walk and lift all day. Turn on your step counter. Can you beat your colleagues in a friendly step challenge?

You load and unload trucks with an awesome team. Trucks bring large bags of deposit bottles. Together, you slide these bags across the floor. You also get to operate the pressing machine for cardboard, plastic, and food. Finally, you sort crates and packaging to keep everything perfectly neat!

Become a count operator
Ready for an exciting new step? You can learn to be a count operator! You will run the smart counting machine. It automatically sorts bottles and cans by color and material.

How does it work? It is super easy! You grab a bag and remove the label. You empty the bag into the machine. It scans everything for you. Did the machine miss a bottle? No worries at all! It safely falls into a handy bin. You just scan those last few items yourself. Piece of cake!

Working times:

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 15:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 - 00:00
• Night shift: 21:00 - 06:00

what will you do
As an operator finishing, you will start your workday in a high-tech production environment. You are responsible for operating, monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining various cutting and packaging machines. Because you work in the CLP Finishing department, your tasks will partly take place in a specialized darkroom. You independently identify and resolve malfunctions and production issues using the ATS and/or FLTS methods. Furthermore, you proactively perform quality checks, report on machine performance, and initiate process improvements.

For this position, it is essential that a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) and reference check are completed during the application process.

• Operating and maintaining cutting and packaging machines

Who you are

What will you do
As a production worker at Stegeman, you’re the final check before our products head to the stores. You’ll be working in the slicing, packaging, or aftercare department. Whether you’re grilling, weighing, and vacuuming meat, or performing a final quality check, you keep things moving! If a machine has a minor hiccup? You’re on it and fix it in no time. At Stegeman you can work part-time in a 2 shift. The working times are from 05.15 to 14.00 and 13.55 to 22.40. Do you prefer a full-time job? That's great! We wil fix it.
