As an Operator, you will lead the production process like a true captain, constantly monitoring progress and steering it towards success! As a true linchpin in the web of production and logistics, you will coordinate the availability of materials and, like a true troubleshooter, spring into action when minor malfunctions occur.

• You ensure compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines in the workplace;
• You ensure that the machines function properly by adjusting them accurately and, if necessary, converting them according to clear instructions;
• You ensure that your production line runs smoothly and that the line is supplied on time;
• You roll up your sleeves and work on the production line to achieve the desired result together with your team;
• You identify and resolve minor malfunctions;
• You ensure proper reporting at the end of the shift.

As a production employee, you are available from Monday till Friday. Furthermore, it is important that:

• You are 18 years or older;
• You have transportation to get to Wijhe;
• You speak Dutch or English.

As a production employee, you will work in a factory where sliced meats are produced. At Stegeman we have a lot of different departments where you can work. After you applications I will go through them in depth, but I listed them below!

As a production employee you will work in the 2 shift, with working hours from 05:15-14:00 & 13:55-22:40. You can choose whether you want to work parttime or fulltime.

• Incoming goods: You're responsible for unloading trucks and storing goods in the warehouses. You'll also make sure that correct labels and packaging materials are ready for the production department. Also, you'll be doing inventory management and SAP
• After care: Here you are going to make sure that the sausages are handled the correct way. You will be baking the sausages, but also smoking is part of the process. As you can expect the smell at this department is mouth watering!
• Slicing and packaging: This is the last step in the process. You will make sure that the sausages are sliced correct. You also check if the packages are sealed correctly. With your quick thinking, and sharp eyes the line will be running smoothly!
• Transport: As a transport employee, you'll use an EPT to move meats between freezing units and production halls. You'll also do administrative tasks like booking pallets and managing SAP inventory movements.

You’ll help produce fresh sandwiches for international airlines – which will soon be served at thousands of meters in the air. You have at least a level 2 vocational education (MBO) and enjoy working with machines in a clean and safe environment. You’re familiar with the basics of HACCP, are good at math, and fill out forms neatly. Together with your colleagues, you prepare fresh sandwiches every day for use on airplanes, in supermarkets, and at gas stations. Fresh, sustainable ingredients are used, and strict hygiene standards are followed. The sandwiches are assembled by hand but packaged by machine.

As an operator at Qizini in Alphen aan den Rijn, you ensure consistent quality and make sure the sandwiches are properly packaged before leaving the facility.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and adjusting machines for different product and packaging formats;
• Identifying and resolving disruptions to keep production running smoothly;

Want als Assistent Packaging Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse productievoortgang van een aantal Senseo lijnen. In een goed draaiend en gezellig team pak jij je verantwoordelijkheid om de geplande productieaantallen volgens kwaliteit en conform planning worden gehaald. Tijdens deze werkzaamheden houdt je je aan de juiste procedures voor veiligheid, netheid, kwaliteit en hygiene. Bij technische problemen help je de operator en de monteurs.

Daarnaast bestaan je taken uit:

• Bedienen, instellen en controleren van productie- en verpakkingsmachines;
• Oplossen van kleine technische storingen en uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud;
• Ombouwen van machines bij productwissels;
• Registreren van productiegegevens en afwijkingen.

Je komt te werken bij de Koffiebranderij Utrecht (KBU), dé plek waar de grootste koffieproducten van Nederland worden gemaakt. Samen met zo’n 250 collega’s zorg jij ervoor dat jaarlijks meer dan 4 miljard koffiepads en 100 miljoen pakken filterkoffie de fabriek verlaten. Een dynamische werkomgeving waar teamwork en kwaliteit centraal staan!

De Sfeer binnen de fabriek is gezellig en collega's hebben wat voor elkaar over en werken graag bij JDE. Je gaat werken op de afdeling waar de koffiepadjes voor de Senseo worden gemaakt. Dit proces luistert heel nauw omdat als de koffiepadjes verkeerd geseald of met een verkeerde inhoud worden gevuld dan worden ze allemaal afgekeurd.
