For this position it is important that you:
As an Employee Steriflow and Assembly you are an important link in the production process. Together with your team you ensure that meals and components are pasteurized (heating process) and labeled correctly. You play a crucial role in monitoring quality and have a direct line to the operator standing by the autoclaves (sterilizing machine). If there are any deviations in the process, such as an incorrect pasteurization program or an incorrect label, you link up directly with the operator to make quick adjustments.

Are you technically skilled, have an eye for quality, and enjoy working with food? At Qizini in Alphen aan den Rijn, you’ll work as an operator in the day shift. You’ll help produce fresh sandwiches for international airlines – which will soon be served at thousands of meters in the air. A tasty and responsible job in a modern production environment where teamwork and passion take center stage.
what we offerYou have at least a level 2 vocational education (MBO) and enjoy working with machines in a clean and safe environment. You’re familiar with the basics of HACCP, are good at math, and fill out forms neatly. You speak Dutch or English and have your own transportation, as your shift starts at 06:30 – public transport is limited at that time.
Qizini operates 7 days a week, so you’ll sometimes work on weekends and have two days off during the week. This helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. You work accurately, stay calm under pressure, and support your colleagues when needed. As an operator at Qizini in Alphen aan den Rijn, you take your job seriously and ensure a high-quality end product.
Together with your colleagues, you prepare fresh sandwiches every day for use on airplanes, in supermarkets, and at gas stations. Fresh, sustainable ingredients are used, and strict hygiene standards are followed. The sandwiches are assembled by hand but packaged by machine.
As an operator at Qizini in Alphen aan den Rijn, you ensure consistent quality and make sure the sandwiches are properly packaged before leaving the facility.

Qizini was founded in 2011 through the merger of Johma Sandwiches and Greencore Netherlands. With that background, they’ve been making delicious sandwiches for over 20 years! Their specialties include freshly made wraps and sandwiches, as well as paninis ready to bake at home.
