Als Continuous Improvement Engineer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter structurele verbeteringen binnen de fabriek van Ardagh Metal Packaging. Je werkt midden in de productie, tussen de machines, operators en teamleiders. Je start jouw dag met een kort overleg over lopende verbeterprojecten en bent daarna bezig met het signaleren en analyseren van verbeterkansen op de werkvloer. Je vertaalt deze naar praktische oplossingen en begeleidt teams bij de implementatie. Je traint collega’s in Lean-methodieken zodat zij zelf continu kunnen verbeteren. Je gebruikt data en praktijkvoorbeelden om successen te delen en best practices te borgen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en zorgt dat iedereen betrokken raakt bij het continu verbeteren van processen.
• Samen met collega’s AMPS invoeren
• Verbeterkansen signaleren en omzetten in concrete resultaten
• Lean-methodieken en problem solving inzetten voor slimmere, veiligere en efficiëntere processen

Bij Ardagh Metal Packaging in Oss draait alles om innovatie, kwaliteit en samenwerking. Iedere dag produceren zij meer dan 9 miljoen blikjes voor grote, bekende merken uit de drankenindustrie. De fabriek in Oss is onderdeel van de internationale Ardagh Group, die naast blik ook actief is in glasverpakkingen. Hier werk je samen met ongeveer 350 collega’s, waarvan het grootste deel in een vijf ploegendienst werkt. Wat wij vragen
- Hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met Continuous Improvement, Lean of procesverbetering binnen een productie- of operationele omgeving
- Ervaring met Lean-methodieken; een Green Belt of Black Belt certificering is een sterke pré
- Analytisch sterk, werkt graag met feiten en data en weet de juiste oorzaken van problemen te vinden
- Communicatief vaardig en in staat om collega’s op alle niveaus te enthousiasmeren en begeleiden
- Coachende, verbindende persoonlijkheid die veranderingen weet te realiseren
