Functieomschrijving:
Als Leerling Procesoperator speel je een rol in de fabricage van onze duurzame folieproducten. Geen zorgen als je nog niet alles weet: wij gaan jou intensief begeleiden! Samen met je vaste mentor raak je snel vertrouwd met de productietechnieken en de geavanceerde machines. Je leert hoe je het verwerkingsproces stuurt, hoe hergebruik van grondstoffen werkt en hoe je de hoogste kwaliteit garandeert. Tijdens je inwerktraject ga je onder professionele begeleiding aan de slag met:

• Leren doseren en verwerken van kunststofgranulaat aan de hand van specifieke recepturen.

• Stap voor stap onder de knie krijgen van het vormgeven van gesmolten kunststof tot folie via geavanceerde blaastechnieken.

• Leren invouwen, nauwkeurig wikkelen en verwerken van grote folierollen.

• Het juist instellen en afstellen van procesparameters zoals wanddikte, kleurstelling en bedrukking.

• Onder begeleiding bedienen, afstellen en onderhouden van de extrusie-, druk- en afwerkapparatuur.

• Verwerken van intern restmateriaal voor recycling, waarmee je actief helpt onze ecologische footprint te verkleinen.

• Leren signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van kleine technische belemmeringen en storingen aan de lijnen.

  Functievereisten:
  Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange ervaring als operator te hebben om bij ons succesvol te zijn. Wat we wél zoeken is een gezonde dosis motivatie, een passie voor techniek en de wil om jezelf te ontwikkelen!

• Beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een technische affiniteit of achtergrond.

• Van nature nieuwsgierig naar hoe machines en industriële processen werken en leert graag nieuwe vaardigheden.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt een scherp oog voor veiligheid en streeft samen met je team naar het beste resultaat.

• Communicatief vaardig, collegiaal en vindt het prettig om in een hecht team te werken.

• Je staat er voor open om op onze kosten vakgerichte opleidingen en cursussen (zoals een MBO Operator-diploma) te behalen.
