Jouw werkzaamheden als Procesoperator kunststof verpakkingsmateriaal :

• Productie van kunststof flessen
• Afstellen machines, instellen juiste mal en kleurinstelling
• Producten maken en machines onderhouden
• Kwaliteitscontrole van het drukwerk en verpakkingen
• Opruimen en schoonhouden van je werkplek

Je werkt in 3-ploegendienst en je start op zondagavond vanaf 22.00 uur

Functie

• Operate a variety of CNC milling and turning machines
• Machine both small production batches and single-piece components
• Reposition workpieces during the machining process
• Inspect finished products using a range of measuring equipment
• Work with CNC machines such as Hermle, Matec and Chiron MPS
• Ensure products meet strict quality and dimensional requirements
• Work flexibly across different CNC machines within the machining department

Functie-eisen

• MBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level
• Experience as a CNC Operator or a technical manufacturing background
• Able to read technical drawings
• Experience with product inspection and measuring equipment is an advantage
• Good command of the English language
• Willing to work in a three-shift rotation
• Accurate, quality-driven and eager to learn

• Inspect your own work and ensure a high-quality finish
