Je vindt niets leuker dan de hele dag op de heftruck rondrijden. Je bent behendig met de heftruck en smalle gangen zijn voor jou geen probleem!

• Je hebt ruime ervaring op de heftruck

Als heftruckchauffeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het laden, lossen en picken van grote zakken. Je rijdt voor 80-85% van je werkdag op de heftruck. Je controleert de producten, je zorgt dat alles goed op pallets wordt geplaatst en klaar is voor transport. Je hebt veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen het magazijn.

Je hebt als warehouse supervisor ervaring met leidinggeven en snapt hoe logistieke processen werken.

• Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen de logistiek.
• Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
• Je hebt kennis van geautomatiseerde systemen.
• Je bent flexibel en denkt in oplossingen.
• Je kunt als warehouse supervisor goed plannen en organiseren.

Als warehouse supervisor stuur je dagelijks een team van operators aan. Je maakt de planning, verdeelt het werk en controleert of alles goed loopt. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij kleine technische problemen en houdt zicht op de kwaliteit en veiligheid in het magazijn. Je denkt actief mee over hoe processen beter en slimmer kunnen, en je zorgt voor een goede sfeer op de werkvloer. Ook zorg je als warehouse supervisor voor duidelijke communicatie binnen je team en met andere afdelingen. Je rapporteert de resultaten aan de warehouse coördinator.
