As a Metal Fabricator, you’ll be involved in the construction of complete trailers and structural components. Your responsibilities include: - Constructing: assembling complete trailers and structural components based on technical drawings. This takes up approximately 70% of your working time;

• Welding: carrying out welding work to connect components securely and accurately. This takes up approximately 30% of your working time;
• Cutting and grinding: processing and finishing metal materials so they are ready for assembly;
• Inspecting: measuring components and checking dimensions and quality to ensure everything meets the required standards;
• Collaborating: working closely with your colleagues to keep the production process safe, efficient and on schedule.

In this role as a bundle worker in Hoofddorp, you execute straightforward hands-on tasks within a warehouse environment. Working from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00, your focus is on combining products manually and preparing outgoing shipments. You see immediate results from your effort as orders move through the facility. Your international team uses English as the primary language to maintain safety and efficiency throughout the day.

You will set up machines, monitor product quality, and take action whenever deviations or malfunctions occur. Functie-eisen

We are looking for an experienced English-Speaking Production Worker with strong technical skills who enjoys working independently and actively contributing ideas to improve the production process. You have:

• An MBO level 2 or 3 qualification, preferably in a technical field.
• Experience in a production environment, preferably in the plastics industry.
• Technical insight and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• A willingness to work shifts.
