We are not looking for a standard Allround Mechanic, but a colleague who likes to pioneer, embraces change, and contributes ideas for improvements. Your motivation and eagerness to learn are at least as important as your education.
Your day as an Allround Mechanic starts with a handover from colleagues. You will work on planned maintenance and solve acute malfunctions to keep production running. You will contribute to the installation and optimization of new machines, from robots to packaging lines.
It is a versatile position where you will deal with refrigeration technology, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering. Are you not yet familiar with all these techniques? No problem, our experienced colleagues are happy to teach you. And if you want, you can even follow a course. This way, you're not only building our company but also directly building your own future.
You will work at Plukon Blokker, an innovative and sustainable player in the European food industry. As part of the Plukon Food Group, with 38 locations spread across seven countries, Plukon supplies healthy, affordable, and responsibly produced food to millions of consumers in Europe. The Blokker location focuses on poultry processing.

Ben je vrachtwagenchauffeur met ervaring op de trekker oplegger of conventionele combinatie? Wil je aan het werk in de pluimveesector? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou!
Voor de afdeling levende aanvoer zijn wij op zoek naar een vrachtwagenchauffeur met het CE-rijbewijs. Ben je in het bezit van een pluimvee-certificaat? Top! Heb je dit certificaat niet, kun je deze via ons halen.
Wij zoeken vrachtwagenchauffeurs die het leuk vinden om te rijden met levende dieren. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je materieel en het welzijn van de kippen die je vervoert.
Je hebt een sociale en flexibele instelling. En vervoert samen met je collega’s elke dag de kippen weer naar de fabriek. In zowel dag als nachtdienst haal je kippen op bij de kuikenhouders in heel Nederland.
Als chauffeur ben je een onmisbare schakel in het proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de kippen op tijd bij de slachterij zijn. Daarnaast ben je het visitekaartje van het bedrijf. Je haalt dagelijks de kippen op bij een van de honderden kuikenhouders. Dit zorgt ervoor dat er geen dag hetzelfde is. Je rijdt met een mooi materieel.
Plukon is in Europa een van de grootste spelers op de markt voor pluimveevlees. Met elf slachterijen en diverse verwerkings- en verpakkingsbedrijven in Nederland, België, Duitsland, Frankrijk en Polen. Daarnaast ontwikkelen, produceren en vermarkten ze ultra-verse maaltijden. Er werken ruim 5000 mensen.
