Kickstart your career in accountancy with PwC’s Assurance Academy!
Are you ready to combine your RA qualification with challenging and impactful client engagements? At PwC, you’ll join our Assurance Academy, where you’ll contribute to statutory audits from day one and grow quickly within a close-knit team where learning never stops.

The Assurance Academy at a glance

You will start in a two-year programme in which you work four days a week on interim and year-end audits for a variety of clients, while dedicating one day per week to your RA studies. You will build a strong foundation in auditing, work with modern digital tooling and AI, and receive coaching that helps you continuously bring out the best in yourself.

What you’ll do

In this position, you will work on audits four days a week and attend your RA programme one day per week. You will support interim and year-end financial statement audits, map and assess processes, internal controls and IT systems, and analyse financial data. Along the way, you will learn how to report clearly, collaborate professionally with clients and colleagues, and manage different situations and deadlines. You will also use digital tools and AI to work more efficiently and effectively, gradually taking on more responsibility within audit engagements.

Examples of your tasks include:

• Mapping and testing processes and key controls;
• Analyzing data and financial statement items during year-end audits;
• Documenting findings in audit files;
• Collaborating with colleagues at client sites and in the office;
• Progressing quickly to more complex tasks and greater responsibility.

What we’re looking for

You are eager to learn, enjoy working collaboratively, and communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues. You demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, are able to set priorities effectively, and show resilience in an environment where you combine work and study.

• Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accountancy or a related field;
• Basic knowledge of accounting;
• Start your RA qualification from day one;
• Experience with or affinity for digital tooling and AI
• Fluent in Dutch or English, spoken and written;
• Available from September or February;
• Driver’s license B (preferred).

Je hebt een HBO- of WO-opleiding afgerond en ervaring met business development, productontwikkeling of strategische partnerships in een innovatieve sector. Je weet hoe je complexe projecten plant en coördineert, en je houdt het overzicht als er veel tegelijk gebeurt. Je communiceert helder met technische teams én met externe partners, en je kunt onderhandelen over contracten en prijzen. Daarnaast volg je de energiemarkt op de voet en snap je hoe trends uit bijvoorbeeld batterijen, laadpalen of dynamische energietarieven kansen opleveren. Je bent besluitvaardig zodra alle informatie er is, stelt hoge eisen aan kwaliteit en staat open voor feedback. Bovenal heb je de drive om met slimme oplossingen bij te dragen aan een energiesysteem zonder fossiele bronnen.

Over de vacature

Als recruiter bij Zonneplan doe je meer dan vacatures invullen. Je beheert zelfstandig je eigen portfolio aan vacatures en bepaalt per rol de beste aanpak. Je sourcet actief, ook op lastigere profielen, en begeleidt kandidaten van eerste contact tot ondertekening. Hiring managers zien je als sparringpartner: je adviseert ze over het profiel, de markt en de kandidaten, op basis van data en je eigen ervaring. Heb je een idee dat het proces beter maakt? Dan krijg je de ruimte om dat op te pakken, zonder eindeloze goedkeuringsrondes.

Je werkt in een HR-team met korte lijnen, directe communicatie en veel openheid. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar altijd met oog voor elkaar. Je deelt je kennis en je kunt net zo goed bij collega's terecht om te sparren. Je combineert operationele slagkracht met advieswerk en werkt met ons eigen ATS, AI-technologie en arbeidsmarktinzichten. • Jij vult schaarse en specialistische vacatures in. Je beheert zelfstandig een portfolio van vacatures, van tech-rollen tot senior posities. Per vacature ontwerp je een sourcingstrategie die past bij de schaarste in de markt. Je sourcet actief via LinkedIn, jobboards, je eigen netwerk en creatieve alternatieve kanalen.
• Jij adviseert en daagt hiring managers uit. Je voert intakegesprekken en stelt samen met hiring managers het profiel scherp. Op basis van data, arbeidsmarktinzichten en je eigen ervaring adviseer je over haalbaarheid, arbeidsvoorwaarden en alternatieve oplossingen. Je bent stevig als dat nodig is.
• Jij optimaliseert het recruitmentproces. Je signaleert verbeterkansen in tools, processen en methoden en voert ze door. Het team heeft recent een eigen ATS ontwikkeld en die mentaliteit past bij jou: je ziet hoe iets beter kan en maakt het waar. Je rapporteert op KPI's en stuurt bij waar nodig.
