Over de functie

Als Technical Support Specialist ben je het technische aanspreekpunt voor dealers en distributeurs in de EMEA-regio. Je helpt bij het oplossen van complexe technische vraagstukken en werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen en onze ontwikkelteams.

After Sales Support

• Verlenen van technische ondersteuning via e-mail, telefoon en ons CRM-systeem;
• Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen en klantvragen;
• Onderzoeken van complexe cases en adviseren van dealers en distributeurs;
• Uitvoeren van on site support bij klanten indien nodig;
• Controleren en verbeteren van product documentatie;

Beurzen

• Installeren, bedienen en demonteren van machines tijdens beurzen en evenementen;

Training en kennisdeling

• Organiseren en verzorgen van technische trainingen voor dealers en distributeurs;

Refurbishment & onderhoud

• Inspecteren, repareren en reviseren van gebruikte of beschadigde machines;
• Onderhouden van showroommachines;
• Uitvoeren van technische controles en kwaliteitsinspecties.

Warranty Support

• Beoordelen en goedkeuren van garantieclaims;
• Adviseren over garantievoorwaarden en correcte afhandeling.

Sales & Customer Service Support

• Adviseren van collega's over product specificaties, toepassingen en machinefunctionaliteiten;
• Ondersteunen van Customer Service bij vragen over onderdelen, leveringen en beschikbaarheid.

• Afgeronde ICT opleiding op MBO 4/HBO niveau
• 1-3 jaar werkervaring in soortgelijke functie
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse EN Engelse taal
• In het bezit van rijbewijs B
• Sterk analytisch vermogen en een oplossingsgerichte instelling.

wat ga je doen
In deze rol verzorg je de geavanceerde (2e- en 3e-lijns) technische ondersteuning aan onze opdrachtgevers. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit:

• Oplossen van complexe, diepgaande technische incidenten (2e/3e-lijns support)
• Integreren en koppelen van IT-hardware en apparatuur met interne klantsystemen
• Aanleggen, configureren en onderhouden van netwerkinfrastructuren via MDM
• Analyseren van terugkerende IT-problemen en adviseren over structurele oplossingen

As a Cleanroom Operator at HQ Pack, you ensure high-tech products are delivered spotlessly clean. You will learn the trade from the ground up and will always receive support with more complex orders. Your main responsibilities include:

• Cleaning: Making high-tech products lint- and dust-free using specialized tools.
• Quality Control: Accurately checking orders and logging them into the computer system.
• Safety: Strictly following the dress code (PPE) and hygiene requirements.

You play a key role in protecting the quality and reliability of high-end electronic modules. You are the final quality check in the production process. Your daily tasks:

• Testing complex printed circuit boards (PCBA's) using advanced test systems and measuring tools
• Look into schematics to find, analyze, and fix electronic errors.
• Replace or repair broken components with high precision when needed
• Share test results and feedback to help improve the production process.
