Jouw rol

Als Software Engineer AI ontwerp en ontwikkel je schaalbare AI-gedreven systemen en applicaties, met een focus op onze eigen Agent platformen en klantgerichte oplossingen. Je vertaalt complexe wensen van klanten naar technische architecturen en concrete AI-toepassingen. Je bent bedreven in het implementeren van LLMs, AI-agents, RAG-technieken, en zorgt dat AI-oplossingen betrouwbaar en beheersbaar in productie draaien. Daarnaast beheers je backend development en infrastructuurkennis, met een voorkeur voor Azure en Supabase. Frontend ervaring is een plus, maar geen vereiste.

Wie we zoeken

• Je hebt ervaring met het bouwen en schalen van AI-toepassingen die in productie draaien

• Je kent de werking van LLMs zoals OpenAI en Anthropic en hebt ervaring met AI-agents en tool integraties

• Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in backend development, bij voorkeur met Python, FastAPI en database design

• Je bent bekend met API design, software architectuur en onderhoudbare services

• Je volgt de laatste ontwikkelingen in AI actief en past nieuwe technieken toe

Salary: €235.000 - 240.000 per year Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or startup environment. Experience assisting in management of cross-functional teams is a plus.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of software development, backend systems, APIs, AI features, blockchain, smart contracts, tokenomics, and IoT device workflows.

• Familiarity with project management software and tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com; ability to effectively track tasks, deadlines, and progress.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

  Responsibilities: - Support project planning and coordination: assist the Lead PM in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources to achieve project goals.

• Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with development, product, and design teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and tasks are executed efficiently; facilitate stakeholder communication to maintain alignment.

• Technical team coordination: support communication between software developers, AI engineers, blockchain developers, and IoT technicians to keep technical workstreams aligned.

• Requirement clarification: assist in converting product goals into actionable technical requirements, user stories, milestones, and task priorities for development teams.

• Track project progress: regularly monitor ongoing projects and report updates to the Lead PM; track key milestones, deliverables, and potential roadblocks to keep projects on track and within scope.

• Integration tracking: monitor dependencies between the application, backend infrastructure, AI modules, blockchain components, APIs, and IoT device communication systems to help ensure smooth product integration.

• Risk management: assist the Lead PM in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to timelines, resources, and deliverables; help create contingency plans.

• Documentation and reporting: maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation including timelines, meeting notes, and status reports; provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Resource management: assist in coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring appropriate team allocation to meet deadlines.

• Assist in Agile development: work with the Lead PM to facilitate Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews; support maintenance of an Agile workflow and necessary adjustments.

Bij het Centrum Indicatiestelling Zorg (CIZ) in Utrecht bouw je mee aan de digitale transformatie van ons primaire proces op het snijvlak van data, IT-architectuur, privacywetgeving en AI.

Wat ga je doen?

Het CIZ bevindt zich midden in een grootschalige digitale transformatie. Thema’s zoals AI, business rules, datascheiding, datakwaliteit en data governance staan hierbij centraal. Als Data Architect stap jij in op een cruciaal moment. Jouw keuzes en architectuurprincipes bepalen hoe data binnen het CIZ de komende jaren wordt ontsloten, benut en veiliggesteld.

Jouw concrete verantwoordelijkheden:

• Fundament bouwen : Je ontwerpt en structureert de data-architectuur van het CIZ vanaf de basis.
• Datascheiding realiseren : Je zet het design op voor datascheiding en dataminimalisatie binnen het huidige applicatielandschap (cruciaal voor wet- en regelgeving zoals AVG).
• Strategie vertalen : Je vertaalt de organisatievisie en het strategisch beleid naar concrete data- en IT-architectuurprincipes (bijv. data mesh of hub-and-spoke concepten).
• Datavolwassenheid verhogen : Je werkt nauw samen met het Data Office en het Data & Analytics team om de datavolwassenheid naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
• Stakeholder management : Je adviseert de directie, het management, projectteams en externe ketenpartners over complexe datavraagstukken.
• Multidisciplinair samenwerken : Je schakelt dagelijks met solution architects, informatieanalisten, data engineers en beleidsadviseurs.

Over het team

Je versterkt een ambitieus en modern architectuurteam dat momenteel bestaat uit 3 architecten (Enterprise, Solution en Cloud). De sfeer is open, informeel en gedreven. Uniek aan onze werkwijze is dat we werken volgens het Docs & Diagrams-as-Code principe (zoals PlantUML of Structurizr). Ervaring met code of een software engineering achtergrond is dan ook een grote pre. Het team valt onder de afdeling Beleid & Kaderstelling : een strategische hub waar samenwerking, inhoud en overzicht samenkomen.

Wat breng je mee?

• WO werk- en denkniveau (bijv. Informatica, Data Science of Business Information Management) en minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een zwaardere datarol (bijv. als Architect, Senior Data Engineer, Lead Informatieanalist of Data Modeler).
• Kennis van gegevensarchitectuur, datakwaliteit en datagovernance (bijv. DAMA-DMBOK);
• Ervaring met datamodellering en metadata-management;
• Inzicht in complexe processen, ketens en wet- en regelgeving, bij voorkeur binnen (semi-)overheid;
• Kennis van of een achtergrond in data science en/of development.
• Kennis van business intelligence en informatievoorziening;
• Affiniteit met of ervaring in AI, NLP, kennis- of capabilitymanagement is een pré;
• Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en geschrift.

As a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer CAM Engineer you will be responsible for creating NC programs for multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines, as well as providing essential shop floor support to CNC machine operators. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and precise manufacturing of landing gear parts, and you will play a key role in solving machining problems as they arise.

What you'll do

• Develop / optimize NC programs for multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines using advanced CAM software.
• Provide hands-on shop floor support to CNC operators, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues on the shop floor to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that machining processes meet the required specifications and standards.
• Continuously improve machining processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the department.
• Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce / eliminate non-conformances.

• Proficient in using CATIA V5. Experience with TopSolid, Siemens NX CAM, Vericut, CrashGuard, Tooltech and TDM is an advantage.
• Strong ability to read and interpret Siemens NC code and Heidenhain.
• Extensive experience with on-machine probing.
• Experience and knowledge with hard metals;
• Proven experience with deep-hole drilling, mill-turning and turning techniques.
