Safety Culture & Engagement

• Coaching, supporting, and advising employees, supervisors, and managers on SHE-related matters

• Actively engaging with employees on the shop floor to increase safety awareness and ownership

• Driving behavioural safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities

  Risk Management - Conducting risk assessments and identifying workplace hazards

• Proactively identifying areas for safety improvement

• Developing and monitoring corrective and preventive action plans

• Supporting operational teams in implementing practical and sustainable safety solutions

  Incident Investigation - Leading investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses

• Conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCA)

• Ensuring effective implementation and follow-up of corrective actions

  Training & Awareness - Delivering safety training programs and site inductions
