Over de vacature

Als Logistics Coördinator speelt hij/zij een belangrijke rol binnen de logistieke organisatie. In deze functie draait alles om het soepel laten verlopen van het volledige logistieke en administratieve proces rondom de producten. Van goederenontvangst en voorraadbeheer tot exportdocumentatie, transport en retourstromen: hij/zij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat iedere order netjes en foutloos bij de klant aankomt.

De logistieke prioriteiten worden bepaald door de logistiek manager. Samen met twee collega’s zorgt hij/zij voor een goed georganiseerde afdeling, inclusief verpakken en het bewaken van verpakkingen die voldoen aan internationale eisen. Daarnaast is er veel contact met collega’s, leveranciers, transporteurs en klanten, zowel nationaal als internationaal.

De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Ontvangen, controleren en verwerken van inkomende goederen en documentatie
• Verwerken van ontvangsten en voorraadmutaties in SAP Business One
• Beheren van de voorraad en zorgen voor een overzichtelijk magazijn
• Voorbereiden, controleren en verwerken van uitgaande zendingen
• Opstellen en controleren van export-, transport- en douanedocumenten
• Afstemmen met transporteurs, leveranciers en klanten over leveringen
• Coördineren van reparaties, retourzendingen, RMA’s en demo-units
• Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen in leveringen of documentatie
• Ondersteunen van commerciële collega’s bij logistieke vraagstukken
• Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Voor deze functie wordt een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige professional gezocht die structuur kan aanbrengen en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

• MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in logistiek, supply chain, orderadministratie of customer service
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van SAP Business One is een grote pré
• Ervaring met regelgeving en de bereidheid om zich daarin verder te verdiepen
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
• Ervaring met internationale verzendingen, exportdocumentatie en douane is een plus
• Een proactieve instelling en een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en detail
