Overview

As Director Financial Control, you will build and scale the financial backbone for TSC Life's international growth. You will lead an international Financial Control team of six, ensure high-quality financial reporting, controls and compliance across entities, and drive standardization and automation of processes. You'll own statutory audits, coordinate tax and treasury activities, and partner with the CFO to enable strategic growth. This is an opportunity to shape a rapidly expanding MedTech group with a hands-on, senior leadership impact.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead the financial administration, monthly and year-end closing, and statutory reporting across international entities
• Coach and develop an international Financial Control team of six, clarifying ownership and accountability
• Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and the group accounting manual
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of Financial Control processes
• Own statutory and financial audits and act as primary Finance contact for external auditors
• Coordinate tax compliance, transfer pricing, treasury and cash management across the group
• Support a robust and scalable Finance organization to enable international growth and strategic developments

Overview

In deze rol ontwikkel en implementeer je de financiële en operationele structuur bij Serrix om snelle groei te ondersteunen. Je rapporteert aan de Managing Director en bent onderdeel van het managementteam, met verantwoordelijkheid voor finance, supply chain en ondersteunende processen. Je vertaalt financiële data naar inzichten die besluitvorming sturen en werkt aan processen om COGS te verbeteren, contracten aan te scherpen en Supply Chain efficiënt te maken. Je bouwt aan verdere professionalisering, automatisering en AI-gedreven verbeteren van operationele systemen. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Beheren van de volledige financiële cyclus, incl. budgettering, forecasting, compliance en rapportages
• Bewaken van financiële processen en afsluitingen en vertalen van data naar actionable insights
• Aansturen van de Supply Chain Manager en verbeteren van leveranciersmanagement, productieprocessen en voorraadbeheer
• Optimaliseren van COGS en contracten, verhogen van ketenefficiëntie
• Zorgen voor systemen en processen die groei ondersteunen en kansen op automatisering/AI benutten

Belangrijkste vereisten

• WO-opleiding in Finance, Accountancy, Controlling of vergelijkbaar

• Relevante werkervaring in finance, bij voorkeur productie/ FMCG/ healthcare/ internationaal

• Ervaring met financial control, budgeting, forecasting en managementrapportages

• Ervaring met ontwikkelingen rondom voorraad, productie en/of supply chain

You will partner with Aviation, Commercial, Network Planning, and Finance teams to shape strategy, governance, and roadmaps. You translate forecasts into actionable origin-destination scenarios and drive structural network changes that improve service and cost efficiency. This is a strategic, global leadership role with a focus on analytics, governance, and cross-functional impact.
