Verantwoordelijkheden

• Foster a culture of safety, security and compliance across data center operations
• Lead and develop Microsoft full-time employees across multiple datacenters in your metro
• Ensure on-time, defect-free delivery of customer capacity within SLA commitments
• Plan and deliver supporting physical infrastructure, logistics, and resources for growth
• Lead incident management for major outages, including leadership of calls, post-incident reviews and improvement plans
• Oversee metro budgets, forecasts and spend (operational and capital)
• Manage vendor/partner contracts and relationships with landlords, IT/CE service providers, and partner teams
• Collaborate with global and regional management to contribute to improvement programs
• Promote One Microsoft values and lead through change with clarity and energy

• High School Diploma or equivalent and demonstrated mission-critical service management experience

• Proven experience leading a diverse, full-time workforce across multiple disciplines and platforms

Overview

In this role you will lead PVH's global cloud architecture as the senior technical authority, defining target-state Cloud and platform principles across regions. You will shape multi-year roadmaps, guardrails, and strategic transformations including cloud migration and data center exit. You'll influence executives and cross-functional teams to balance risk, cost, security and speed, driving a scalable, automated cloud foundation. This is a strategic, enterprise-wide role with a strong impact on PVH's technology trajectory.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Define and evolve PVH's global AWS cloud architecture strategy and target state
• Act as the enterprise authority for cloud architecture, guiding material decisions
• Translate business needs and tech developments into strategic cloud capabilities and roadmaps
• Advise senior IT and business leaders on strategy, risk and investments
• Create innovative solutions for complex cross-domain issues beyond standard patterns
• Establish reference architectures, principles, and guardrails for global cloud adoption
• Assess trade-offs in resilience, security, performance, cost and delivery speed
• Provide architectural leadership for long-term transformation programs like migration and modernization
• Lead multi-region resilience, disaster recovery, and service continuity planning
• Partner with Security, Network and other domains to implement secure-by-design, zero-trust principles
• Drive Infrastructure as Code, policy as code, cloud automation and platform engineering to reduce manual work
• Sponsor proofs of concept and translate outcomes into reusable capabilities
• Ensure cloud foundations support diverse regional and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to major technology selections and commercial decisions with cloud implications
• Provide senior architectural input into vendor and partnership decisions

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; or equivalent professional experience

• 12+ years in infrastructure, cloud engineering, platform engineering or architecture roles

• Recognized technical authority for cloud architecture in a large global organization

• Deep AWS architecture expertise and enterprise-scale cloud foundations

• Proven ability to define global target-state architectures and multi-year roadmaps

• Cross-domain expertise across cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, data, DevOps, observability, resilience

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and modern cloud/platform engineering

• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-regional teams without direct authority
