As the technical bridge between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams, you'll translate complex business challenges into innovative, scalable AWS solutions. Solution Design & Architecture: Create and lead complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions that deliver measurable Customer Business Outcomes (CBOs). Operate as the technical conduit between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams, ensuring proposed solutions are realistic, achievable, and optimized for customer success. Pre-Sales Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise, best practices, and solution demonstrations during the pre-sales motion. Lead initial scoping, design, and engagement planning to accelerate deal closure and drive customer lifetime value. Trusted Customer Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to customer engineering and product leaders on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to address their most complex business challenges. Define cloud operating models and drive enterprise transformation initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Managers, Shared Delivery Teams, and AWS service teams to ensure seamless solution hand-off and successful implementation. Influence revenue through bookings, solution alignment, and delivery excellence. Knowledge Leadership: Mentor and train team members, create reusable artifacts, and drive process improvements across the organization. Share technical expertise through internal and external thought leadership. Your day will center on direct engagement with a leading global travel platform's engineering and product leaders, translating their business challenges into scalable AWS solutions. You'll lead technical pre-sales activities—designing architectures, scoping engagements, and presenting solutions to both technical teams and executives. Internally, you'll collaborate closely with a multicultural, large account team including ProServe Account Executives, AWS Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Shared Delivery Teams across EMEA. You'll operate as the technical bridge that ensures proposed solutions are realistic and optimized for customer success, navigating diverse perspectives and working styles to drive alignment. Beyond customer-facing work, you'll mentor team members, create reusable artifacts, and stay current on AWS services and travel industry trends. You'll solve complex problems like architecting omnichannel customer service platforms handling millions of global interactions, designing real-time analytics solutions, modernizing legacy applications, and implementing AI/ML-powered personalization—all while defining cloud operating models that enable organizational transformation. The Professional Services team at AWS is responsible for assisting enterprise customers as they shift to the cloud by incorporating our services into their overall architecture. We work hand-in-hand with customer teams and AWS partners to provide deep expertise in the architecture, design, development, and implementation of cloud computing initiatives that result in real business outcomes. As part of our team, you’ll accelerate the adoption of our products all while advocating for the success of our customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of IT platform implementation in a technical and analytical role experience
• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of professional or military experience

Reporting to the International Business Aligned Data Science lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists across multiple markets ensuring best in class methodologies and deliverables across the entire data journey from Descriptive to Predictive analytics.
As a Director of Data Science, you will lead a team of up to 8 members. Your responsibilities include managing the in-market demand intake, prioritization, and delivery for anchor markets. Additionally, you will shape and drive Native AI CFC capabilities for International clusters/markets.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to empower agentic AI led decision-making, accelerate business transformation, and deliver measurable business impact.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data, and AI, and is responsible for defining what to build and why, ensuring the accelerators delivers measurable business value across markets and use cases.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role is accountable for delivering data science driven insights & solutions and will partner with senior functional leads for across Commercial analytics to develop and implement models, insights, and data products that drive brands’ strategic priorities.
• You are a top-tier data scientist and product manager with experience in leading teams, organizing analytical processes and workflows, and mentoring/developing the managers what work on your team as well as junior team members.
• You are a hands-on AI/ML leader who has demonstrated the ability to hire, build and develop high performing teams to meet the needs of a highly dynamic and complex business.
• You have a passion for applied empirical analytics and answering hard questions with data, and the demonstrated ability to conceptualize, promote and implement business insights.
• You have the ability to use advanced machine learning techniques for driving highly applied analyses and tools to directly drive revenue and optimize resources.
• You have experience building and leading enterprise team to develop end-to-end ML/AL solutions and application at large scale in the Cloud.
• Have a strong passion for conceptualizing, documenting and deploying complex analytical plans to take on business problems.
• Confirmed collaboration, executive communication and storytelling skills with ability to adapt and connect across a variety of audiences. This includes strong writing, and data visualization skills with the ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to senior executives.
• Be a self-starter, driven, accountable and a high-energy leader.
• Background in healthcare, Pharma, or health payments analytics experience highly preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Experience:
• Strong proven experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, preferably in data, analytics, or AI-driven products
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams (business + tech + data)
• Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade platforms
• Experience in commercial analytics, pharma, or healthcare is highly preferred
• Familiarity with AI/ML or GenAI/Agentic systems is a strong plus

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python and/or R, with solid understanding of advanced statistics
• Strong hands-on experience in ML/LLM/Agentic platform development & deployment
Knowledge of API, MCP, cloud environments and data engineering workflows
• Agentic Workflows ( multi step reasoning, reinforcement, Eval etc )

Business & Domain Skills:
• Proven ability to translate data insights into commercial recommendations
• Understanding of marketing intelligence, third party pharma data, media planning, budget optimization
• Knowledge of pharma markets, HCP/DTP promotion strategy, and compliance
• Ability to partner with marketing, finance, brand teams to influence decisions
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior leadership
