Jobster is a predictive job advertising platform building recruitment marketing technology. We are looking for an analytical and action-oriented Marketing Analytics & Campaigns Intern to join our international marketing team to bridge the gap between data insights and marketing execution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze & Identify: Dive deep into customer data, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio to monitor campaign performance and proactively spot which clients or sectors need attention.
- Data-Driven E-mail Campaigns: Translate your insights into action. Segment databases and build targeted, automated e-mail recruitment campaigns to reactivate candidates and optimize performance.
- Actionable Reporting: Structure your findings into clear, impactful reports and dashboards, providing the customer success team with the right insights to advise clients.
- Optimize for Success: Continuously A/B test and optimize campaign metrics (CPC).
- Collaborate: Work closely with our commercial teams to align your data insights and campaign strategies with overall client goals.
Requirements
- Active HBO/WO student. Preferred studies include Online Marketing, Data-Driven Marketing, Econometrics, International Business, or Business Analytics.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Ability to translate metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA) into concrete actions.
- Experience with or a strong desire to master Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, and e-mail marketing/automation tools.
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch or German is a strong plus.
- Available for an internship of at least 5 months, starting in January (an earlier start date can be discussed).
