Als Technical Solutions Engineer in Noordwijk ga je werken bij een vooruitstrevend technisch bedrijf dat zich richt op hoogwaardige beveiligingssystemen. Hier draag je bij aan het ontwikkelen van innovatieve oplossingen binnen de afdeling Building Security Solutions (BSS).

• Ontwerpen en uitwerken van beveiligingsoplossingen voor klanten;
• Behandelen van binnenkomende aanvragen en opstellen van offertes;
• Analyseren van de markt en concurrentie voor new business;
• Overleggen met collega's van Sales BSS en technische teams voor klantgerichte oplossingen;
• Integreren van componenten in securitymanagementsystemen;
• Werken met het ERP-systeem Syntess Atrium;
• Bijdragen aan cross- en upselling van producten en diensten.

Voor de rol van Technical Solutions Engineer krijg je de volgende uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden:

We zoeken een gedreven kandidaat met een scherp oog voor detail en klantgerichte houding. Je beschikt over technische affiniteit en denkt oplossingsgericht.

• Een MBO of HBO diploma in ICT gerelateerde opleiding;
• Kennis van beveiligingsproducten zoals Genetec, Lenel, Milestone en Axis is een harde eis;
• Affiniteit met beveiligingstechniek is belangrijk;
• Ervaring met verkoop en advisering (minimaal 3 jaar);
• Je bent oplossingsgericht en hebt een oog voor detail;
• Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
• Ervaring met behandelen van aanvragen, offertes opstellen en opvolgen.

As a production worker at KROHNE in Dordrecht, you immerse yourself in the world of precision engineering; following the daily start-up meeting, you are responsible for the complete assembly of high-quality measuring instruments. Your workday is highly varied, ranging from precision soldering and the assembly or disassembly of electronics to the technical testing and calibration of complex flow meters. Working within a close-knit team, you ensure a seamless shift handover and apply your craftsmanship to meet the highest quality standards—a role involving significant responsibility and engineering precision down to the last millimeter.

KROHNE Dordrecht is an international manufacturer and supplier of measurement solutions for industrial process instrumentation. KROHNE produces approximately 80,000 instruments annually for customers worldwide. As a production worker, you will become an indispensable part of this production process.

wat ga je doen
In deze rol verzorg je de geavanceerde (2e- en 3e-lijns) technische ondersteuning aan onze opdrachtgevers. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit:

• Oplossen van complexe, diepgaande technische incidenten (2e/3e-lijns support)
• Integreren en koppelen van IT-hardware en apparatuur met interne klantsystemen
• Aanleggen, configureren en onderhouden van netwerkinfrastructuren via MDM
• Analyseren van terugkerende IT-problemen en adviseren over structurele oplossingen
