Je werkt in een supportteam waar IP-netwerken, VoIP en professionele audio- en video-oplossingen samenkomen. De ene vraag los je telefonisch op, de andere vraagt om uitgebreider onderzoek of overleg met een fabrikant. Zo blijf je je technische kennis ontwikkelen en werk je aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken.

Wat ga je doen?

Je ondersteunt klanten en partners via telefoon en e-mail, vanuit Almere en soms op locatie.
Je onderzoekt verbindingsproblemen en storingen in IP-netwerken, VoIP en audio- en video-oplossingen.
Je achterhaalt oorzaken, test oplossingen en legt klanten duidelijk uit wat je hebt gevonden.
Je werkt samen met collega's en fabrikanten om complexere problemen op te lossen.
Je test nieuwe producten en helpt bij de introductie ervan.

Wat breng je mee?

Je hebt praktische ervaring met netwerken en kunt technische problemen gestructureerd onderzoeken. Je hoeft nog niet ieder product te kennen, maar bent nieuwsgierig en verdiept je graag in nieuwe technologie.

Verder heb je:

Een mbo 4-diploma in een ICT-richting of vergelijkbare kennis opgedaan in de praktijk.
Ervaring met technische support en het analyseren van netwerkproblemen.
Kennis van TCP/IP en VoIP.
Ervaring met Microsoft 365, Teams en Windows 10 of 11.
Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.

For Spectral Industries, we are seeking a senior-level Business Development professional whose primary focus will be the development of a sustainable customer portfolio within the mining sector, across Australia, Chile, and Canada. This role is expected to become one of the key commercial leaders in Spectral’s global scaling journey.

Mining represents a strategically important growth market with significant commercial potential for Spectral Industries, as the benefits of rapid, non-contact elemental analysis create immediate and measurable value for mining operations. Even small improvements in ore sorting or process control can result in substantial cost savings.

In a later phase, the company will expand into additional industries, including recycling in Europe. To support this market, Spectral Industries is also recruiting a medior-level Business Development professional focused on the recycling sector.

Over the past few years, Spectral Industries has invested in the development of its advanced high-tech measurement systems, and is now ready to accelerate their international market adoption.

Recently, the company appointed a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the development and execution of its commercial strategy, laying the foundation for sustainable business growth. Building and expanding a strong, professional commercial team is one of the organization's key priorities.

What will you do as a Business Development Director at Spectral Industries?

• As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Spectral Industries' international growth strategy. Through your commercial initiatives, you will increase market awareness of Spectral Industries and its products, while clearly demonstrating the value proposition and operational impact of its technology to customers.
• You will establish and grow the market within the mining sector (and/or recycling sector) by acquiring new customers. You will identify new business opportunities, develop and strengthen relationships with customers and prospects, and contribute to the execution of the go-to-market strategy for Spectral Industries' products.
• You will be responsible for revenue generation and the development of a healthy commercial pipeline.

Wat breng jij

• A proven track record of at least 8 years in sales and business development, combined with an established international network within the mining sector and/or recycling industry. You have demonstrated the ability to independently develop new markets and successfully drive commercial growth.
• A BSc or MSc degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geochemistry, Process Metallurgy, Mineral Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience with commercializing innovative capital equipment, sensor systems, process technology or industrial instrumentation. You are able to engage as a credible technical discussion-partner and understand how to successfully bring innovative technologies to market. Experience with consultative selling is essential.
